摘要
Objective:To observe acupuncture of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart method intervene the effect of early onset of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) treating depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology.Methods:126 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into the drug group and the acupuncture-drug group,who were treated for 6 consecutive weeks,the two groups respectively in the different treatment time points were evaluated by MontgomeryAsberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS) and Rating Scale for Side Effects(SERS) to assess acupuncture of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart method intervening the effects of early onset of SSRIs treating depressive disorder,and found the changes between the drug group and the acupuncture-drug group in serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment.Results:MADRS score of 1,2,4,6 weekend after treatment,the acupuncture-drug group was significantly lower compared to the drug group(P<0.01).SERS score of 1,2,4,6 weekend after treatment,the acupuncture group were significantly lower compared to the drug group(P <0.01).At 6 weekend after treatment,serum 5-HT of the acupuncture-drug group was significantly higher compared to the drug group(P <0.01),pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6) of the acupuncture-drug group was significantly lower compared to the drug group(P <0.01),interleukin-lbeta(IL-1(3) of the acupuncture-drug was no statistical difference compared to the drug group(P >0.05),and anti-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10) of the acupuncture-drug group was significantly higher compared to the drug group(P <0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart method could effectively accelerate the effects of early onset of SSRIs treating depressive disorder and significantly reduce the adverse reactions of SSRIs,moreover enhance serum 5-HTand regulate the balance of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines.
