基于荧光硅纳米颗粒的纳米载体在长程细胞成像和癌症治疗中的研究

摘要
荧光硅纳米颗粒由于其独特的光学性质和良好的生物相容性得到广泛的关注。我们发展了一种通过一步法合成的基于硅纳米颗粒的具有荧光、光稳定性、尺寸小(~4 nm)的纳米药物载体[1]。这种硅纳米颗粒的纳米载体具有强荧光、超小尺寸、强的光稳定性和可修饰性。我们总结了基于硅纳米颗粒的荧光探针的最新工作,突出为生物探针在长程细胞成像、示踪以及作为新型的治疗工具应用于癌症治疗领域、基因转染领域的进展[2-4]。
Fluorescent silicon nanoparticles(Si NPs) are especially interesting due to their unique optical properties and favourable biocompatibility. We develop a fluorescent and photostable, small-sized(~ 4 nm) drug nanocarrier based on SiNPs facilely prepared via a one-step procedure. The SiNPs nanocarriers feature strong fluorescence, ultra-small size, robust photostability, and tuneable drug-loading capacity. Herein, we summarize representative and promising achievement in the field of long-term tracking, cancer therapy and gene transfection using the SiNPs-based fluorescence nanocarriers.
