<正>Terbium-scandium-aluminum garnet,Tb_3Sc_2Al_3O_(12)(TSAG),is a well-known magnetooptic materials.Sc substitution of the octahedral site in Tb_3Al_5O_(12)(TAG)has succeeded to stabilize the garnet phase,The large size TSAG single crystal can be grown quickly by Czochralski method.TSAG single crystal has high Verdet constant and high transparency in the visible region.It can be
