基于DGS的新型宽带带阻滤波器设计

摘要
提出了一种基于开口谐振环(SRR)新型宽带带阻滤波器的设计方法。通过在地板开SRR环,实现缺陷地结构(DGS),并在金属接地板与传输线之间添加金属圆柱进行耦合,实现宽带带阻特性。采用高频仿真软件HFSS进行仿真,研究了金属柱耦合对宽带带阻滤波器性能的影响。在此基础上设计了3个SRR缺陷地结构单元级联的带阻滤波器。结果表明,带内最大阻带深度达到55d B,-10d B的阻带宽度达3GHz(5.6~8.6GHz),相对带宽为42%,通带插损不大于1.3d B。
A novel method to design the broadband bandstop filter based on Split Ring Resonators(SRR) is proposed in this paper. The defect ground structure(DGS) is achieved by opening the SRR-shaped slot on the ground, and a metal cylinder is added between the ground and transmission line. Based on above two methods, the broadband bandstop characteristics can be realized. The proposed structure is simulated by the high frequency simulation software HFSS, and the effect on the performance of broadband bandstop filter by adding metal column is studied. The design of bandstop filter structure with three cascaded SRR-shaped DGS units is studied. The results show that the maximum stopband depth reaches 55 d B, and the relative bandwidth of the bandstop width less than-10 d B is 42% ranging from 5.6GHz to 8.6GHz. Moreover, the insertion loss of passband is limited within 1.3 d B.
