切花百合组间杂交的初步研究

摘要
采用百合不同杂种系的11个不同品种,在离体条件下进行组间杂交的授粉试验,对其花粉活力、授粉方法和杂种胚挽救等几方面进行研究,以期克服组间不亲和性。在常规授粉方法、柱头切割、柱头嫁接和子房切段4种授粉方法中,采用切割子房直接授粉的方式是克服受精前障碍的最好方法,子房比较容易膨大。影响组间杂交成败的因素还有其亲本之间的亲和性以及受精后胚和胚乳发育的障碍。L×0组间杂交获得成功,并通过组织培养和胚挽救技术,对杂交种子进行了无菌萌发、继代增殖、生根培养,成功获得了再生植株。其花瓣白色,在花蜜沟前端,花瓣中脉为粉红色,斑点和乳突缺失。与父母本有明显差异。
11 different varieties of lily hybrids were used as the parents for hybridization,In vitro pollination between different hybrid lines was studied on the respects of pollen character,pollination method,and the cultivation of the hybrid embryo in order to overcome incongruity between different lines.The cut-ovary pollination method is the best way to overcome affinity before fertilization and get the swelling ovary easier than other methods including general pollination,cut- stigma,stigma graft method.The compatibility of the parents and the post-fertilization barriers will also affect the interspecific cross.While the pollination of L.Snow Queen ×L.Sorbonne,L.Snow Queen×L.Marco Polo hybrids were succeed,the hybrid seedlings were obtained from the process of bourgeon in vitro,induction,proliferation and rooting by the utilization of the tissue culture and the embryo rescue technology.Tepals is white with pink flare above nectaries along and beside midveins,Spots and papillae absent;which is distinguished with the parents 。
