汽车起步过程离合器压盘热结构耦合分析

摘要
分析了汽车起步过程离合器动力传动状态,建立了离合器结合过程的数学模型。利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真得出离合器结合过程的滑磨功以及滑磨功率。建立离合器压盘的有限元模型,计算出压盘表面的热流密度并作为边界条件施加到有限元模型上。对压盘进行热结构耦合分析,得到在汽车起步过程中压盘的温度分布以及热变形情况。结果表明在接合过程中压盘的热变形是呈现径向膨胀,轴向波浪式翘曲的情况,为压盘结构的改进提供依据。
Analyzed the power transmission state of clutch in the vehicle start-up process,and the mathematical model of clutch combination process was established.The simulation model of clutch was established by using of Matlab/Simulink software.Build finite element model of the clutch pressure plate,the friction power is converted into heat flux,and applied to the finite element model as a boundary condition.Thermal structure coupling analysis was carried out on the pressure plate,getting the temperature distribution and thermal deformation of the pressure plate in the vehicle start-up process.The results show that the thermal deformation of pressure plate is presented radial expansion,axial warp.This analysis provide theory basis for pressure plate structure improvement.
