PVA基纤维的制备及其对植物激素检测能力的研究

摘要
植物激素检测具有浓度低、组分多、干扰物质多等特点,需萃取、净化等前处理过程。固相微萃取技术可对植物激素进行富集和纯化。为实现植物激素的快速萃取、分离以及高灵敏检测,本文通过静电纺丝技术制得纤维膜用作固相微萃取材料进行了植物激素检测。实验结果表明:所制得的PVA基纤维膜具有丰富的表面官能团、较大的比表面积、吸附性好、简单易得等特点,显示了优异的萃取能力。
The detection of plant hormones has the characteristics of low concentration, multiple components, and many interfering substances. Solid phase micro extraction technique can be used for the enrichment and purification of plant hormones. In order to realize the rapid extraction, separation and high sensitive detection of plant hormones, the fiber membrane was used as a solid phase micro extraction material for the detection of plant hormones. The experimental results showed that the PVA-based fiber membrane has abundant surface functional groups, large specific surface area, good adsorption, simple and easy to get, and excellent extraction capability.
