摘要
钛硅分子筛/H_2O_2体系液相氨肟化过程普遍认为遵循羟胺机理,因此羟胺的生成与稳定直接影响氨肟化过程的反应活性与稳定性。本文通过研究铵盐的引入,考察其对羟胺生成及稳定性的影响。结果表明,不同铵盐(NH_4NO_3、(NH_4)_2SO_4、NH_4Cl等)的引入量与羟胺的生成量呈明显火山型趋势,进而使得连续氨肟化体系中反应稳定性得到提升,在优化条件下,其稳定运行时间由28h延长至75h。
To investigate the influence of ammonium salt on the formation and stabilization of hydroxylamine,different ammonium salts was introduced to the reaction system.The systematic results indicated that NH_4NO_3,(NH_4)_2SO_4and NH_4Cl can promote the formation of hydroxylamine and further enhance the activity.The lifetime of ammoximation of cyclohexanone over TS-1 increased from 28 h to 75 h in optimized conditions.
