发动机轴瓦聚合物润滑涂层的制备和性能研究

摘要
本文以聚酰亚胺作为黏结剂,纳米氟碳作为润滑相,辅以适量金属氧化物作为增强相,制备出具有优异性能的发动机轴瓦聚合物复合涂层。与同类国外进口产品对比测试发现,该聚合物复合涂层具有更好的弹性回复能力、减磨性、耐磨性、耐候性以及滑动摩擦稳定性。
Taking polyamide-imide(PAI) as the binder,fluorinated nanometer carbon materials as the lubricant,supplemented with proper amount of metallic oxides as the reinforcement phases,the lubricant coating on the engine bearing shell was prepared.Compared with the same kind products abroad,the composites coating prepared is robust,showed better elastic resilience,deabrasion,wear resistance,weather resisting property and friction stability.
