摘要
目的:研究北葶苈子LepidiumapetalumWilld.水提物的化学成分。方法:运用DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40,MCI Gel CHP-20,ODS,Silicagel等柱色谱技术结合制备液相等方法对其进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从中分离并鉴定了3个化合物,即:N-benzyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetamide(1),5-hydroxy-1-phenymethyl-2-pyrrolidinone(2),5-methoxy-1-phenymethyl-2-pyrrolidinone(3)。结论:化合物l为新化合物,化合物2和3为新天然产物。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the seeds of Lepidium apetalum Willd.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI Gel CHP-20,ODS,Silica gel chromatography combining with Pre-HPLC and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties.Results:Two compounds were isalated and identified from the water-extract as N-benzyl-2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetamide(1)and 5-hydroxy-1-phenymethyl-2-pyrrolidinone(2),5-methoxy-l-phenymethyl-2-pyrrolidinone(3).Conclusion:Compound 1was new compound,2 and 3 were new natural products.
