摘要
目的:研究北葶苈子Lepidium apetalum Willd.水提物的化学成分。方法:运用Silica gel,ODS,Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI Gel CHP-20等柱色谱技术结合制备液相等方法对其进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,即:儿茶酚(1),protocatechuic aidehyde(2),2-pheny lacetamide(3),methyl-5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxlate(4),carbamic acid(5),acetamide(6),raphanus ide(7),1-pheny1-1,2-ethanediol(8),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(9)。结论:化合物1-9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the seeds of Lepidium apetalum Willd.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI Gel CHP-20,ODS,Silica gel chromatography combining with Pre-HPLC and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties.Results:Two compounds were isalated and identified from the water-extract as cetechol(1),protocatechuic aldehyde(2),2-pheny lacetamide(3),methyl-5-hydroxypyridine-2-carboxlate(4),Carbamic acid(5),acetamide(6),raphanuside(7),l-phenyl-l,2-ethanediol(8),2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol(9).Conclusion:Compound 1-9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
