密胺树脂薰衣草精油微胶囊的制备

摘要
以薰衣草精油为芯材,密胺树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备了密胺树脂薰衣草精油微胶囊。通过扫描电镜(SEM),紫外可见分光光度计和热重分析仪(TGA)等仪器对其进行检测表征。结果表明,当制备工艺为乳化剂SMANa、SDS与司班-80三种乳化剂复配,加入量占芯材质量分数的5%,芯材壁材质量比为1:1,搅拌速度为1100rpm时,所制备的微胶囊整体性能最好。SEM电镜照片表明,微胶囊为球形,粒径1-4μm且分布均匀,表面较光滑且无孔洞、裂缝存在;紫外可见分光光度计测得,该微胶囊为全封闭型薰衣草精油微胶裳。
The melamine resin lavender essential oil microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization with melamine resin as outer shell and lavender essential oil as core material.Microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV spectrophotometer and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),ea tl.The results show that the best conditions for preparation of melamine resin lavender essential oil microcapsules are:using SMANa,SDS and s-80 as complex emulsifier,5%to lavender essential oil,the core/shell mass ratio is 1:1,stirring speed is 1100 rpm.The SEM show that the average particle size of melamine resin lavender essential oil microcapsules is l-4μm,the surface is smooth and has no holes and cracks.The UV result show that the microcapsules are all closed lavender essential oil microcapsules.
