具有多模式探针功能的双核锌配合物设计合成及其对前列腺癌的成像研究

摘要
荧光、核磁共振(MRI)等不需要对细胞进行均一化处理,就能直接得到分子在生命体系中大量有价值的信息,是现代生命科学研究的前沿与热点。本文通过clink反应将具有靶向结合肿瘤细胞能力的配体与具有荧光、MRI等信号基团结合,从而使被靶向标记的肿瘤细胞发出荧光/MRI信号。以探索多模式显像在检测深层器官癌症如前列腺癌等的应用,为相关疾病诊断、治疗提供依据。
