城市公路隧道火灾规模确定方法研究

摘要
依托杭州紫之隧道工程,结合城市交通流特点,提出了确定城市隧道火灾规模的方法。通过对公路隧道火灾案例分析,明确车辆自燃为隧道火灾的主要原因;通过理论计算,确定了隧道阻塞工况下不同火灾规模的引燃距离;通过数值模拟,得到紫之隧道人员疏散时间为420 s,作为确定火灾规模的时间标准。在人员疏散时间内,小客车不能引燃相邻车辆,中客车与公共汽车可以引燃横向车辆。基于公交车在三车道隧道内的中车道自燃为车辆自燃的最不利工况,根据实际交通组成比例,采用概率统计的方法对公共汽车横向引燃车辆组成及事件概率进行分析,表明三车道隧道内被引燃车辆组成为四辆小车的概率较大,达到0.83,紫之隧道主隧道火灾规模设定为30 MW。
Based on the Hangzhou Zhizhi tunnel,and combined with the characteristics of city traffic flow,it proposes a method to determine the size of the city tunnel fire.By analyzing the case of highway tunnel fire,vehicle ignition is the main reason for the tunnel fire;through theoretical calculation,it determines the ignition distance of different fire scale in traffic blocking condition;based on numerical simulation,the evacuation time of Zizhi tunnel is 420 s,it is regard as the standards to determine the fire scale.In the evacuation time,the result shows that small passenger vehicles can not ignite the lateral vehicle,passenger car and bus can ignite the lateral vehicle.The bus self-ignition in the middle lane is the most unfavorable conditions,according to the actual traffic composition,using the method of probability and statistics,the composition of the lateral vehicle ignited by bus and the event probability is analyzed.The result shows that in the three lane tunnel,when the composition of the lateral vehicle ignited by bus is four cars,the event probability is the largest,the value is 0.83.The fire scale of Zizhi tunnel is 30 MW.
