第三方物流企业仓储管理信息系统的分析与设计

摘要
仓储管理是第三方物流企业物流作业管理的核心。随着科学技术的不断进步,生产力得到了高度发展,工业生产规模不断扩大,自动化水平不断提高,使得货物储运量增加,从而使得仓库的库容量和流转量也相应增加。客户的个性化的需求和多种多样的商品种类要求第三方物流企业有快速、高效处理业务的能力。仓储管理信息系统成为第三方物流企业发展的必然选择。
    本文将借助为某公司分析并设计一个仓储管理信息系统,为第三方物流企业提供一个仓储管理信息系统的建设方案。首先本文阐述了第三方物流在我国的发展,然后引出目前仍有一些问题有待解决,然后通过国内外相关研究和实践成果的简介说明问题的许多解决方案。接着本文从问题的根本原因出发提出了解决问题的方法,介绍了第三方物流企业仓储管理业务流程与特点,然后提出了第三方物流企业仓储管理的需求。然后本文说明了系统开发的目标与基本原则、系统架构以及系统的基本功能。系统的基本功能包括:业务处理、客户管理、设施管理、租赁管理、接口管理等。最后本文总结了我国第三方物流企业以及仓储信息化的现状与特点、我国第三方物流企业实施信息化的难点与建议。本文还通过一个实例说明第三方物流企业实施信息化所带来的好处以及本文所设计的系统在实施时要考虑的问题。
Warehouse management is the core of logistic operation of the TPL (Third Party Logistics) enterprises . With the constant progress of science and technology, productivity has got high development, the industrial production scale is expanding constantly, the automatic level is being improved constantly. Those make goods warehousing and transportation amount increase, thus make the capacity of storehouse and circulating amount of the warehouse increase correspondingly. The customer's characteristic requirements and varied type of merchandize require TPL enterprises to have fast , high-efficient ability to deal with business. The warehouse management information system becomes the necessary choice of enterprise's development of third party's logistics company.
    This thesis will analyze for one TPL company and design a warehouse management information system, and provide the construction project of a warehouse management information system for other TPL enterprises. First this thesis elaborates the third party logistics development in China, then some problems to be solved at present, then state a lot of solutions of the problem through the domestic and international relevant research and brief introduction of practice achievement. Following that the thesis proposes the solvement of problem which is proceeded from basic reason, and introduces the business procedure and characteristic in the storage management of TPL enterprise, then proposes the demand of enterprise's storage management of TPL. Then this thesis explained the target and basic principle of the system development , system building up and system of basic function. The basic function of the system includes :The business processing , customer management ,facilities management ,lease management and software interface management etc..In the end, this thesis generalizes the state of the art status and characters in third logistic enterprises and warehouse informationization in China, then points out the difficulties and related suggestions for the third party logistic enterprises’informationization. An instance has been put forward to illustrate the merits of the informationization in third party logistic enterprise, and the main problems that should be considered in the implementation of recommended system by this thesis.
