基于参数的个性化服装CAD的研究与实现

摘要
服装CAD(GCAD),即服装计算机辅助设计,其将CAD领域的理论和技术应用到服装设计、生产、经营管理等各个环节,从而极大地改善了服装产品的生产效率和质量。
     面对丰富的媒体和飞速发展的社会,服装工业对服装CAD提出了新的要求,即面向服装消费者提供个性化服务。传统服装工业大规模、批量化生产的款式单一和型号固定的服装已经不能满足日趋个性化的服装消费需求。人们对服装的个性化的需求越发强烈,不仅仅要求服装的高度合体性,还强调款式、花色、面料的个性化,服装CAD的个性化服务已经成为其必然的发展趋势。
     在这种需求的激励下,本课题提出新的解决办法:面向单个用户针对个人体型特征自动设计服装纸样,用户根据个人需求自由组合款式、花色和面料等元素,并匹配衣片的图案。这样不但在真正意义上实现量体裁衣,而且一定程度上满足了用户参与服装设计的心理。该系统采用单量单裁、单独设计、单独印染的方式制作服装,更深层次地满足了人们对个性化服装的消费需求。
     本文介绍了服装CAD的个性化设计、服装结构设计的原理和步骤、参数化设计原理,重点构建参数化设计的系统结构,并建立服务于此的统一数据库,也就是服装信息库。使用计算机模拟原型法设计服装结构的过程将服装的最基本要素点的坐标表达式归纳为统一的形式。服装中的点、线、衣片基于体型参数实现参数驱动并动态地绘制服装衣片。本课题的创新之处在于:基于用户自行提供的体型参数实现服装纸样设计,从根本上解决了服装的合体性;实现服装各个元素的自由组合以及衣片的图案匹配;使用数码喷印印染设备在白布坯料上直接加工的方式,进一步实现服装的个性化。
Garment Computer Aided Design (short for GCAD), which applies the theories and technologies of the CAD area into various sections like garment design, manufacture, management and operation. So it intensively improves efficiency and quality of garment productions.Facing diversiform media and developing society, garment industry has a new requirement of the GCAD which can provide garment consumers for individualized services. Traditional garment industry's garment productions, which are of few patterns and models, can not meet with the requirement of individualized garments. With strong requirement of individualized garments, people want not only made to measure dresses, but also individuation of pattern, picture and material of the garment. The individualized services of GCAD have become an inevitable trend.Meeting with these requirements, this thesis makes a new resolution: designing a individualized GCAD system which automatically draws garment molds which are based on body parameters. According to the requirements of customers, this GCAD can make a free combination of pattern, picture and material of the garment. In this way, it not only implements made-to-measure, but farther meets with the psychology that people really want to design a dress by themselves. In this new method of singly measuring, singly reducing, singly designing and singly printing, this GCAD fully meets with the individualized requirement of garment market.This paper introduces the individualized design of the GCAD system, the theories and steps of garments configuration design, as well as principles of parameterized design. It emphasizes on setting up the parameterized design configuration, and a unified database which is served for the system itself. The system simulates the prototype method to design a pattern, abstracts the coordinate expressions of points on the pattern to a uniform formula. The parameter design configuration implements a dynamic driving between the
    points, lines and pieces of the pattern which is based on the body parameters. The innovations of this paper are as follows: the parameter design is based on the parameters provided by the consumers themselves;therefore, it can design a new pattern at a time. It solves the problem of made-to-measure of dresses, freely combination of style, material and picture of the dress, as well as individuation of the dress which is furthermore implemented by printing directly on the clean white cloth.
