基于二维码技术的省级机构仪器收发信息系统研究

摘要
条码技术是在信息技术基础上发展起来的一门集编码、印刷、识别、数据采集与处理于一体的综合性技术。条形码分为一维条码、二维条码和三维条码,人们在条码技术的应用实践中不断探索,把条形码的信息空间从线性的一维扩展到平面的二维再到立体的三维,为实现管理的现代化和应用的高效便捷作出了有益的探索。本文提出了基于二维码技术的省级计量技术机构仪器收发管理信息系统研究课题,其研究成果可以改善仪器收发管理,提高服务质量,从而提升省级法定计量技术机构的公共服务形象。
     论文介绍了课题研究的背景、意义、现状以及研究技术与方法,并指出论文的主要工作量和主要创新点。论文基于二维码技术设计了仪器收发信息系统框架,系统设计的基本原则、模块和子系统设计、系统的组网方案、硬件配置、软件配置、系统的安全策略和用户界面设计。
     论文分析了仪器收发信息系统的仪器收发管理功能、二维码编码解码功能、数据采集与分析功能、仪器收发辅助功能、报表功能和用户管理。论文基于Oracle数据库技术,以C#和ASP.NET作为开发平台,设计仪器收发信息系统数据库,详细分析了数据库的更新机制、安全管理、日志管理、数据的备份和恢复,建立了数据质量有保证、运行有效、管理有序的仪器收发信息系统。
     论文以建立省级计量技术机构仪器收发管理信息系统为实例对所设计的数据库管理系统进行了实践验证。分析了该信息系统应用于企业计量器具管理的各阶段流程,包括:(1)企业从咨询报价开始应用此系统;(2)将计量器具交给省级机构进行计量检测;(3)对企业的周期送检提醒,包括对有QR码证书的查询与管理。通过上述的实际应用实践,验证了基于二维码技术的省级机构仪器收发信息系统能达到预期目标,提高服务效率是显著的。
     论文的创新点主要体现在以下两个方面:一是初步尝试在计量行业中的仪器收发中应用QR码来提高工作效率,并推广应用;二是研究二维码技术和网络技术的综合应用,系统地研究了在省级机构仪器收发信息系统中应用的相关问题,探讨了QR码在省级机构中的应用情况。
Bar code technology is a comprehensive technique developed on the basis of information technology. It integrates coding, printing, recognition, data collection and processing. Bar code has three forms: one-dimension code, two dimensional barcode and 3d barcode. People are exploring the barcode technology application all the time. Barcode information space is extended from linear one-dimensional to plane 2-d, then to 3d. Beneficial exploration for the realization of efficient and convenient modern management and application is achieved. This paper proposes a research subject based on two dimensional barcode technology, for the instrument receiving and dispatching management information system of provincial measurement technology institution. The research can improve instrument transceiver management and the service quality, so as to enhance the provincial legal measure technology institution of public service image.
     This paper introduces the research background, the significance, the states , the research techniques and methods and points out the main workload and main innovations. Based on two dimensional barcode technology, this paper designs the framework of instrument transceiver information system, basic principles of system design, module and subsystem, system network scheme, hardware configuration, software configuration, system security strategy and user interface.
     The paper analyzes the functions of the instrument transmitting and receiving information system , including instrument transmitting and receiving management, two dimensional barcode coding and decoding, data collecting and analysis, form reporting and user management. Based on technology of Oracle, this paper applies C # and ASP.NET as the development platform to design transmitting and receiving system database. Then detail analysis of the database updating mechanisms, security management, log management, data backup and restore is carried out to establish the instrument transmitting and receiving information system which assures the quality of the data, runs effectively and orderly managed.
     In this Paper, the establishment of the instrument receiving and dispatching management information system of provincial measure technology institution was set as a example to verified the design of database management system in practice. It analyzes the information system applied in the stages of measuring-instruments management in enterprise, including: (1) bringing the system into use for consultation quotation in enterprise, (2) sending measuring instruments to provincial agency for econometrically detection. (3) reminding the enterprise of periodic inspection, including the query and management of QR code certificate. Through the actual application practice above, the transmitting and receiving information system of the provincial agency instrument based on the two dimensional barcode technology are verified to achieve the expected targets and notable improvement of service efficiency can be accomplished too.
     The innovative points of the Paper are mainly embodied in the two following aspects: one is the first attempt in improving the working efficiency by applying QR codes into measuring-instrument transmitting and receiving in the industry as well as the promotion of its applications. The other one is to study the comprehensive application of two dimensional barcode technology and network technology, and systematically studied the problem about the application of transmitting and receiving information system of provincial agency instrument, and probed into the problems about QR yards in provincial agency application situation.
