S公司实施绿色供应链整体绩效评价的研究

摘要
在21世纪,全球企业已迈入供应链竞争阶段,供应链的实施给企业带来了丰厚的经济效益,如何在追求高效益的同时尽可能的减少对环境的污染正成为企业必须正视的问题,另一方面,绿色供应链绩效评价作为绿色供应链实施过程中一个关键而又棘手的问题,而要衡量绿色供应链管理实施的成效如何,必须对其绩效进行科学、合理的评价,才能使绿色供应链管理在社会经济中发挥其应有的作用。
     基于此,本论文在大量阅读了相关文献的基础上,运用理论研究与实际验证研究、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法设计了绿色供应链整体评价的理论体系并阐述了整体绩效评价的方法。首先回顾了传统供应链与绿色供应链概念及绩效评价方法的发展过程并对此进行了相关的综述,由此得出绿色供应链绩效评价研究目前所存在的问题和评价的意义:接着通过对S公司实施绿色供应链管理及其绩效评价的现状分析,与其他公司的比较研究,得出了S实施绿色供应链评价的措施和方法;再分析了传统的平衡记分法思想和供应链SCOR模型后,得出了绿色供应链的平衡记分法思想和SCOR模型,并结合相关的文献初步归纳了绿色供应链评价的一系列指标,为了使评价指标具有效性和针对性,本论文通过问卷调查分析,筛选出了一些有价值的评价指标,并在次基础上,从财务、供应链业务流程、客户服务、绿色环保、创新/发展和供应商信息共享纬度6个方面建立了绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系:最后比较分析了当前常用综合评价方法的优缺点后,结合绿色供应链绩效评价为—多目标多准则决策问题的实际,建立基于AHP-Fuzzy模型。该模型主要是通过层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,根据三角模糊函数思想和专家访谈来确定各指标的隶属度矩阵,并结合模糊综合评价法来对绿色供应链绩效进行评价。在结合企业的实际数据对该综合评价模型进行了验证后,得出S企业的绿色供应链实施后的效果为有改善。
Global enterprise had entered into one challenge of supply chain in 21th century,abundant economic beneficial result has brought to the enterprise by using the supply chain,It is our mainly fact that enterprise must find one balance between increasing economic benefit and reducing environment pollution issue,On the other hand,the performance evaluation of the supply chain is one key and difficult problem in the course of implementing supply chain.But how to assess and appraise the performance of green supply chain management,that is essential to make use of scientific and reasonable approach to evaluate it,which can make it play one importance role in social economic activity with wonderful methods,so green supply chain assessment issue is a worth researching and core topic in company' s green chain management.
     On the base of the background about the green supply chain,After reviewed a large of document,this thesis has made use of theory and factual model researching method,quantitative and determine method to combine into one common approach,which design one set of theory about green supply chain evaluation system,
     Firstly,reviewing the correlative research about the green supply chain and traditional performance evaluation methods,and draw a conclusion to found the questions and meaning about current GSC assessment researching.
     Secondly,after analyzed S company' s status for GSC' s management and assessment,and make many benchmark with other company,in final,draw a conclusion some method and measurement about S company' s green supply chain appraise.
     Thirdly,the thesis gives the concept of the green supply chain performance evaluation,After analyzed the principle of the balanced score method and supply chain SCORE model for traditional supply chain performance evaluation, to get new BSC and SCOR model about GSC,basing on the relative document summarized some primary key evaluation factors,in order to make performance factors more effective and realistic,the thesis design one piece of answer investigation for all kind of company,and sorting out some valuable factor to make up one set of system about GSC performance evaluation.This system can be divided into six respects on the whole:the angle of financial value, the angle of GSC operation,the angle of customer service,the angle of environmental protection,the angle of development and the angle of information share with any supplier.
     Lastly,after the thesis analyses the current appraise method' s advantage and weakness,integrate any assessment model is one multi-target planning, the chapter settled in a AHP- Fuzzy model,which based on the AHP and FCE function,fixed the target's weight by using AHP method,fixed the target's subordinate matrix by triangular function and company answer researching method,evaluated the green supply chain integrating fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,in final,passing the model verification for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the factual datum.And get one conclusion that S company' s performance is more improvement after executing GSCM.
