第三方物流主导的电子交易市场研究

摘要
我国中小企业在规模、资金和管理方面的实力比较弱小,没有能力也没有必要建立自己的电子商务系统,而通过第三方电子交易市场,中小企业可以赢得许多短期和长期的效益。但是,从目前的第三方电子交易市场的运作效果来看,存在一些明显的缺陷:运营商(ISP、ICP)核心地位并不明显,无法通过电子商务平台对所有资源(特别是物流资源)进行有效整合,为客户实现全程的电子商务服务;商务模式功能比较单一,缺乏柔性;资源特别是智力资源有限,难以实现对整个电子交易市场的优化集成;缺乏战略眼光,难以对电子交易市场实施战略管理等。因此,对原有第三方电子交易市场上进行必要的创新,将是确保中小企业更好开展电子商务运作的关键。
     本文首先通过文献综述的形式对前人的研究进行了总结,在此基础上提出了第三方物流主导的电子交易市场的概念以及产生的可行性、发展路径、远景和策略。接着通过E流程的构建分析了第三方物流主导的电子交易市场的实施路径,设计了相应的网上交易匹配流程、支付模式以及第三方物流主导的面向电子交易市场的集成化库存控制策略等,并对第三方物流主导的面向电子交易市场的集成化库存控制策略进行了实证分析,验证了它的可行性。最后,结合第三方物流主导的电子交易市场的特点构建了电子交易市场运作的KPI体系,并尝试采用基于对数三角函数的层次分析法对其运作绩效评价过程进行了研究。
     本文的最大贡献是在现有第三方电子交易市场的基础上提出了第三方物流主导的电子交易市场模式,并通过运用E流程、集成化库存控制以及平衡记分卡等理论和方法对第三方物流主导电子交易市场的可行性、发展规划、实施路径以及绩效评价进行了全过程的分析与研究。
Our country's small and medium-sized enterprise is small and weak in the scale, the fund and the management aspect, does not have ability and also not to be unnecessary to establish own electronic commerce system, but in the third party e-marketplace, the small and medium-sized enterprise may win many short-terms and the long-term benefit. But, at present, the third party e-marketplace have some obvious flaws: Operation business (ISP, ICP)'s core status are not obvious, are unable to carry on the effective conformity through the e-commerce platform to all resources, can not realizes the entire journey electronic commerce for the customer; The commercial pattern function quite is unitary and lacks the flexibility; The intelligence resources are specially limited, are difficult to realize the entire electron trading market optimized integration; They lack the strategic judgment, are difficult to implement e-marketplace strategy management and so on. Therefore, carrying on the essential innovation in the original third party e-marketplace will be the key guarantees to the small and medium-sized enterprise's better e-commerce operation.
     Firstly, this article has summarized the predecessor's research through the form which reading the literature, proposed the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL, including the reason why it comes into being, development way, prospect and strategy. Secondly, this article has analyzed the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL's implementation way through constructing the E flow, in this foundation designed the corresponding transaction match flow, the suited B2B electron trading market's the payment pattern as well as the e-marketplace's integrated stock control strategy dominated by 3PL, and has carried on the real diagnosis analysis to the e-marketplace integrated stock control strategy dominated by 3 PL, has confirmed its credibility. Finally, through holding the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL's characteristic assurance, this article has constructed the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL's operation KPI system and attempted appraised the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL's operation achievements through using analytic hierarchy process based on the logarithmic trigonometric function.
     This article's biggest contribution was proposing the e-marketplace dominated by 3PL in the foundation of existing third party electron trading market, having carried on the entire process analysis and the research the e-marketplace dominated by 3 PL's feasibility, the prospect, the strategy and the implementation way .through using the theory of E flow and integrated stock control methods and so on.
