山西联通新建软交换关口局的研究及设计方案

摘要
2009年初,各通信运营商初步完成融合重组,公司重组涉及到网络层面的调整和融合。山西联通现网移动关口局从节点设置、端口容量、网络安全、演进需求上已经不能满足山西联通移动业务快速发展的需求。鉴于此情况,根据工信部的批复,引入软交换关口局。新建软交换关口局还作为山西联通固网和移动网之间的网络互通节点,简化了网络结构并且网络组织更加合理。它采用软交换的架构,符合工P化演进趋势,具有平滑演进到IMS(IP多媒体子系统)网络的能力。而全网实现工P化的基础和前提是关口局的软交换化和IP化。
     本文主要完成如下工作:
     1.论文首先介绍了移动软交换核心网的基本概念,基本原理和关键技术,3GPP组网演进以及各版本的特点。
     2.从宏观政策上阐述和分析了山西联通建设新建软交换关口局的紧迫性与重要性,分析了新建软交换关口局的设计范围和分工。
     3.详细介绍了山西联通移动网络现状,客观分析了联通关口局改造前的状况以及存在的问题,并提出联通综合关口局具体的建设方案。
     4.本论文对关口局建设各类资源的需求进行了详细的分析,通过以“针对运城联通新建软交换综合关口局,割接联通移动网与电信、铁通双向互联互通话务”为例,根据割接后的拨打测试以及计费验证来完成方案评估。
In early 2009, our country initially completed the integration of communications operators restructuring. Corporate restructuring involved a network-level adjustment and integration.From the node, the port capacity, the network security and the evolution of demand to consider, Shanxi Unicom's mobile network gateway could not meet the rapid development of Shanxi Unicorn's mobile business needs. Takeing into account this situation, and according to the Ministry of Industrywe approval we introduced soft-switch gateway. As nodes of Shanxi Unicom fixed-mobile network, soft-switch gateway simplifies the network structure and the network organization is more reasonable.
     In this paper, complete the following tasks:
     1. In this paper I first introduced the mobile soft-switch basic concepts of the core network, the basic principle and key technology,3GPP network evolution and the characteristics of each version.
     2. From the macro policy,I elaborated and analyzed the urgency and importance of Shanxi Unicom soft-switch gateway building and analyzed the design scope and division of labor.
     3.1 introduced the current situation of Shanxi Unicorn's mobile network in detail and objective analyzed the situation and the existing problems of the gateway transformation before.I proposed specific building programs of Shanxi Unicom comprehensive gateway
     4. In this thesis, a variety of resources about the gateway building was analyzed in detail. Two-way interconnection traffic cutover was executed between Shanxi Unicom and Shanxi Telecom,so was done between Shanxi Unicom and Shanxi Railcom about Yuncheng Unicom new integrated soft-switch gateway. Through this example, I verified program assessment on the basis of Call test and billing verification after cutover
