制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新互动关系研究

摘要
我国是举世公认的世界制造大国,但还不是世界制造强国。要实现从制造业大国到制造业强国的跨越,技术创新是我们必须选择的发展道路。产品创新与工艺创新是制造业企业技术创新的两个重要方面,两者相互影响、相互促进,产品创新与工艺创新的协调发展共同维系着制造业企业技术创新的成败。因此,深入研究我国制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新互动关系,对了解产品创新与工艺创新相互作用机理、掌握产品创新与工艺创新互动关系的特点与规律并形成相应的理论框架具有重要的理论意义,同时对提高我国制造业企业技术创新能力(产品创新能力和工艺创新能力),加快由“中国制造”到“中国创造”的转变,也具有重要的实现意义。
     产品创新与工艺创新互动关系受多种因素的影响,企业产品创新与工艺创新互动关系也会因为企业自身条件和所处行业的不同而表现出一定的差异。国内外学者结合部分行业和企业特征提出了适合国外企业的产品创新与工艺创新互动关系,国内学者也在国外学者研究的基础上提出了适合我国企业特点的产品创新与工艺创新互动关系。但是这些研究还主要以定性为主,定量研究的还比较少。由于国内外行业和企业之间存在着一定程度的差异,使得适合于国外某个行业或企业的产品创新与工艺创新互动关系理论不一定是用于国内某个行业或企业。因此,对我国制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新互动关系的研究十分迫切。本文在此方面作了深入的研究,以期发挥其对现实的指导作用。
     本文在吸收与借鉴国内外相关理论研究成果的基础上,紧紧围绕如何促进制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新协调发展这个中心问题,选择制造业企业技术创新过程中的两个重要组成部分即产品创新与工艺创新入手,从系统科学的角度建立了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新协同发展系统,并运用系统动力学的研究方法对制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新互动关系进行系统而深入的研究。力求从制造业企业自身实际情况出发,建立起适合我国国情和制造业企业特点的产品创新与工艺创新互动关系的系统动力学仿真模型。在此基础上,选择金川集团有限公司为实证研究对象,通过单位一致性检验、结构验证测试、有效性及合理性检验等,证明了本文所建立的产品创新与工艺创新互动关系仿真模型是合理并且是有效的。在此基础上,本文从产品创新子系统对工艺创新子系统的影响和工艺创新子系统对产品创新子系统的影响两个角度对产品创新与工艺创新互动关系进行了系统动态仿真,从而深入了解我国制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新相互作用的机理、规律和特点并形成产品创新与工艺创新互动关系的理论框架。最后,本文提出了促进产品创新与工艺创新协调发展的对策建议。
As we all know, our country is a giant country in manufacturing industry around the world. But to our astonishment, our country is not a strong country in manufacturing industry. From a giant country to a strong country in manufacturing industry, technological innovation is the road we must choose. Then product innovation and process innovation are two important aspects of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises. Product innovation and process innovation influence each other and promote mutually. The coornidated development of product innovation and process innovation assure the success of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises. Thererfore, to study the interaction between product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises which has important thetorical meaning for the interaction mechanism and mastering the characteristic and rule and forming corresponding thetorical frame of the interation between product innovation and process innovation. At the same time, to study the interaction between product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises which also has important practical meaning for improving the technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises including product innovation capability and process innovation capability and speeding the transition from“made in China”to“made by China”.
     The interaction between product innovation and process innovation is influenced by many factors. And the interaction between product innovation and process innovation will take on cetertain difference because of the condition of manufacturing enterprises and industry the manufacturing enterprises belong to. But these studies are mainly qualitative, and few in quantitative. Foreign scholars put forward the interaction between product innovation and process innovation which is suitable for foreigner’s enterprises according to the characteristics of industry and enterprises. At the same time, domestic scholars also brought forward the interaction between product innovation and process innovation which is suitable for the characteristics of our country’s enterprises on the basis of the study of foreign scholars. Because there exists certain diversity, the interaction theory of product innovation and process innovation which is suitable for foreign industry or enterprises is not suitable for domestic industry and enterprises. Consequently, it is crucial to study the interaction between product innovation and process innovation of our country’s manufacturing enterprises. This paper has deep research on it in order to instruct practice.
     On the basis of absorbing and using for reference foreign and domestic correlative theory study, aiming at the coordinated development of product innovation and process innovation, this paper chooses product innovation and process innovation which are two important aspects of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises, and constructs a synergetic development system of product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises from the angle of system science and apply system dynamics to the study of interaction between product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises deeply. This paper sets up the system dynamics simulation model of interaction between product innovation and process innovation suitable for our country’s manufacturing enterprises from the reality of manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of it, this paper selects Jinchuan Group Limited as object of empirical study. According to unit unanimous test, structure test, and validity and rationality test, that demonstrates the validity and rationality of system dynamics simulation model of interaction between product innovation and process innovation constructed by this paper. Forthorme, this paper carries through the system dynamics simulation of interaction between product innovation and process innovation from the angle of the effect product innovation subsystem impose on process innovation subsystem and the effect process innovation subsystem impose on product innovation subsystem and study deeply the mechanise, characteristic and rule of the interation between product innovation and process innovaton, and form the theory frame of the interation between product innovation and process innovation. At last, this paper puts forward the coordinated development countermeasures of product innovation and process innovatin in manufacturing enterprises.
