中医儿科标准数据库建设研究

摘要
中医儿科标准数据库建设是以现有的中医儿科标准建设成果为基础,应用现代网络技术,借助中医药标准国际化信息资源平台,并与国家标准化信息系统平台相链接,从而形成具有收集、挖掘、利用、查阅、发布、反馈等多种标准化信息服务功能的中医儿科标准信息资源平台。在实际工作中,无论是中医儿科临床工作,还是中医儿科标准化研究工作,对中医儿科标准的需求都很高,但我国目前尚没有较完善的中医儿科专业标准数据库,缺少中医儿科标准的信息交流平台,这就严重影响着中医儿科学的发展和中医标准化的进程。因此建立一个完善的、个性化的、智能化的中医儿科标准信息资源平台符合国家意志和社会需求,在当前中医儿科标准化工作中占据重要地位。因此,本课题组在现有中医儿科标准建设成果的基础上,应用现代网络技术,本着科学、严谨、审慎的态度进行中医儿科标准数据库建设的研究工作。
     本文包括三个部分:第一部分为理论研究,分别从中医标准化发展现状、中医儿科标准化发展现状、中医药数据库研究现状等方面进行详细论述;第二部分是中医儿科标准数据库建设研究,从中医儿科标准的采集、加工处理、录入、信息发布与检索、推送式服务、内容发布等方面论述中医儿科标准数据库的建设方法与过程;第三部分是讨论部分,通过对在中医儿科标准数据库建设过程中出现的问题和相关解决办法的研究和阐述,认为中医儿科标准数据库的建立具有很大的实用价值,体现了国家意志和社会需求,为其他专业中医标准数据库的建立起到了极大的示范作用,必将对中医标准化整体工作的发展起到巨大的推动作用。
The pediatric standard database of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a standard information resources platform based on the achievements of the existing pediatric standard construction. With the help of application of modern network technology, the standard internationalization information resources platform of Chinese medicine and the links of national standardization information system platform, it forms many kinds of standardized information service functions such as collection, excavation, utilization, consult, release, feedback and so on. In practical work, whether Chinese medicine clinical work, or the standardization research work of TCM pediatrics, the demand for TCM pediatric standards is very high. However, China has still not built a perfect TCM pediatric professional standard database. For lack of TCM pediatric standard platform for the exchange of information, the development of pediatrics of Chinese Medicine and the standardized process of Chinese Medicine will be severely affected. Therefore, to establish a TCM pediatrics standard information resources platform which is perfect, personalized and intelligent complies with the will of the state and social demand. Also it occupies an important position in the standardization work of TCM pediatrics. For this reason, our research group launches the work of TCM pediatrics standard datebase construction on the basis of the existing standard construction achievements of TCM pediatrics, which applies the modern network technology and is in line with scientific, rigorous and prudent attitude.
     Three parts are involved:The first part is theory research that discusses from the present situation of the TCM standardized development, the TCM pediatrics standardized development and Chinese medicine database research etc in detail. The second part was the TCM pediatric standard database construction research, which discusses the construction of TCM pediatric standard database method and process from TCM pediatrics standard collection, processing, recorded, information release and retrieval, push type service, content release, etc. The third part is discussing parts, by the study of the problems that appears in the TCM pediatric standard database construction process and the solution about it, it is considered that TCM pediatric standard database construction is of great practical value and reflects the will of the state and social needs. What's more, it also plays a rather important role for other majors to establish TCM standard database and will certainly improve the overall work of TCM standardization significantly.
