1.中医药配合西医治疗原发性肝癌进展（文献综述）2.杨新中教授治疗肝癌临床经验总结
摘要
近年来随着肿瘤的综合治疗概念的确立，中医药积极参与肝癌临床防治，肝癌总体疗效得到了进一步的提高。
中药生脉注射液配合介入栓塞化疗可延长生存期、提高免疫指标。清开灵注射液，配合介入栓塞可减少发热，提高肝功损害的耐受性。参麦注射液明显改善肝癌介入者全身功能，减轻胃肠道反应，提高机体免疫功能。
运用中医辨证论治治疗栓塞化疗后综合症疗效显著。徐伯平以清热柔肝中药防治肝癌栓塞化疗术后的毒副反应，发现清热柔肝法对TACE后的发热和疼痛，具有良好的防治作用。曹喜才等运用中药在解决腹水方面有独到之处等。王怀璋总结临床研究，发现中医药在减轻介入栓塞化疗的副作用，提高患者生存质量，增强机体抗病能力方面均有一定效果。陈连起以益气养阴，化瘀止痛，清热解毒法治疗肝癌介入后胁痛疗效较好。
以中药华蟾素和羟基喜树碱，莪术油及其提取物β-榄香烯作为灌注药物具有高效低毒的优点。
肝癌切除术前和术后服用托里消毒散均可提高患者的细胞免疫功能，术后服用还可明显改善患者的肝功能。
消癌胶囊具有益气活血，祛瘀止痛、破结之功效，因而可改善微循环血液的高凝状态，增强CD3AK细胞的抗癌作用。
肝癌的治疗采取了中西医结合的综合治疗方法，西医更多注意的是局部治疗，而中医更加重视的是整体调理，二者结合，取长补短，相得益彰，提高肝癌的临床治疗效果。未来的研究将面对早期发展，更有效的治疗和控制复发和转移等课题，从基础研究水平上取得进一步的发展。
The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the herbals have taken part in the clinical therapy of hepatocarcinoma with the building of the complicated therapy conception in the recent years. And the whole therapic effect becomes better.
Shengmai injection and SIL-2 can improve effective rate, survival rate and immunologic function in treating liver cancer after chemotherapy combined with amboliztion. And Qingkailing Injection (QI) can alleviate symptoms such as fever, abdominal for post-transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(post-TACE) syndrome, and also can enhance the endurance of the liver function. Shenmai Injection can improve the function of the whole body obviously, alleviate advice reaction, especially for the gastric reaction, and enhance the immune.
The effect of Chinese herbals in prevention and reduction of TACE syndrone by BZLZ (Bianzheng Lunzhi) is notable. The "Qingre Rougan" recipe used by Xuboping is effective for prevention and treatment of the syndrome after the liver cancer TACE, especially in pain and fever. Caocaixi got a good effect in resolving ascites by Chinese herbals after BZLZ. Wanghuaizhang found Chinese herbals could improve the quality of live of the liver cancer patients. Chenlianqi use TCM theory to explain the pains of the liver cancer, so he put "Yiqi yangyin ,huoxuehuayu" as the main recipe to alleviate the pain.
Chinese herbals, such as Huachansu, CAO and its ramification can used for TACE, and the merit is better effect and lower toxic reaction then the chemical medicine. So the Chinese herbals have the chance to be used to TACE in clinical therapy.
Tuoli Xiaodu Powder (TLXDP) can enhance the cell mediated immune in liver carcinoma patients before and after surgical operation, and also can improve the liver functions after operation.
CD3AK cells combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine -xiaoaijiaonang in treating hepatocel luar cancer (HCC) is an effective means. The percentage of Tcell subsets CDS, CD4, CDS increased, and the sIL-2R levels decreased in the patients after treatment by CD3AK and Xiaoaijiaonang.
The therapic method of live cancer is complicated. While TCM combines with western medicine emphasize both local and whole therapy, so it can get better effective. And the whole process of the illness of liver neoplasms relies on the function of the liver, so protecting the function the liver is signification. In the future, the study will emphasize on the early development, more effective therapy and controlling recrudesce and metastasis of the cancer. So we must study the liver cancer from the basic lever.
