中外商业银行中间业务的比较分析

摘要
新经济的发展为商业银行中间业务带来了极大的想象和发展空间,伴随着全球范围内金融自由化程度的不断加深和银行再造理论的广泛运用,中间业务已成为国际商业银行的利润增长点和核心业务之一,中间业务的发展程度已经成为新世纪商业银行现代化的发展关键。对我国商业银行而言,一方面要解决自身的一些内部问题,另一方面要迎接入世后外资银行的全面进攻,一条新的出路就是大力发展中间业务。
     本文分析了我国商业银行发展中间业务的必要性,指出了发展中间业务是国有商业银行业务发展的需要,是中外商业银行争夺的重点,是银行利润的主要来源,是我国商业银行适应金融服务电子化挑战的缓冲。从发展背景和特点两方面叙述了国外商业银行中间业务的发展情况,分析了中国商业银行发展中间业务的现状和存在的问题:主要是以传统中间业务为主,品种尚不完备;对商业银行利润贡献率低;经营观念陈旧,市场营销手段落后;管理松散;专业人才和网络技术支撑力度不够。接下来着重从发展背景、对中间业务的认识、经营环境和人员素质、经营范围和品种、业务规模和收入水平、服务手段和科学技术等方面对中外商业银行发展中间业务作了一个较为系统的比较,并根据这些比较,从经营环境、法律法规、发展战略、发展方式等方面,阐述了制约我国商业银行发展中间业务的因素,进而从改变经营理念,采用灵活的营销手段,加强银行、保险、证券合作,加快网络化进程,加大产品创新和人才培养力度角度出发,提出了发展我国商业银行中间业务的对策。最后对全文做出总结,得出了结论:中国商业银行与国外商业银行相比,在中间业务方面存在巨大差异;积极发展中间业务对于中国商业银行的发展具有特别重大的意义。
The development of the new economy brings huge imagination and development space to the intermediary business of the commercial banks. As the global financial freedom degree is deepening constantly and the theory of bank reconstruction is widespread using, the intermediary business has become the increase point of the bank profit and one of the bank center businesses. The development degree of the intermediary business has become the development emphasis of the new century banking modernization. To our national commercial banks, on the one hand, must solve some internal problems, and on the other hand, should confront the overall attacks that come from the foreign capital banks after our country entered the WTO. The new outlet just is that we should try our best to develop the intermediary business.
    This paper analyses the essentiality that our commercial banks develop the intermediary business and points out this is the need that the national commercial banks take progress, is the emphasis that Chinese banks contest with the foreign banks, is the main sources of the bank profit, and is the buffer that our commercial banks adapt the challenges that come from financial service electrification. And the paper narrates the foreign capital banking intermediary business' development situation. Then the paper analyses the situation and problems of Chinese banking intermediary business. For example, they make traditional intermediary business as the chief and the varieties are not completed, the profit contribution level is too low to the commercial banks, the management conception is very outmoded, the way of the market salesmanship is backward, and the management is inattentive, the specialty talents and network technology is not enough. Then the paper compares Chinese commercial banks with the foreign banks
    from the development background, the cognition to the intermediary business, the management conditions and the timber of the staffs, the business scope and scale, the variety and income level, the way of service, science and technology and so on. According to these comparisons, we find out the factors that restrict our country commercial banks to develop the intermediary
    
    
    business. The paper comes up with some countermeasure that how to develop our country commercial banks' intermediary business. At last, the paper has some conclusions, there are some differences between Chinese commercial banks' intermediary business and foreign capital banks', and it's very important to Chinese commercial banks that try our best to develop the intermediary business.
