基于DSP技术的商品防盗检测系统设计

摘要
商品防盗检测系统作为一种新型的电子防盗设备广泛应用于零售销售网点。射频式商品防盗检测器由于具有工作原理简单、造价低廉等优点深受用户欢迎。数字信号处理技术经过多年的发展,已经成功应用于许多领域。运用数字信号处理器来实现商品防盗检测器已经成为一种发展趋势。
     本文提出了一种基于数字信号处理技术的商品防盗检测器的软硬件设计方法。应用该方法设计的系统在反应速度、误报率、漏报率以及抗干扰能力方面具有较好性能。本论文主要内容如下:
     1.运用阻抗匹配、带通放大、幅度和调频检波、脉冲整形等方法对标签感应信号进行变换;
     2.采用片内具有闪烁存储器的数字信号处理器作为系统的微处理器,提高了系统的反应速度、简化了系统电路结构、缩小了检测器体积;
     3.通过对实际测试的大量数据进行分析和研究,提出了基于自相关函数理论对系统连续的多个周期内信号进行自相关运算来识别电子标签的方法;
     4.采用统计的分析方法获得识别标签信号的特征参数,研究表明这些特征参数对于抑制突发干扰对系统的影响、提高系统灵敏度、降低误报率具有较好效果;
     5.利用公共电话网来实现商品防盗检测系统的远程监控和维护,设计了监控中心软件以及EAS控制器软硬件。
As a new type of electronic equipment in defending theft, electronic article surveillances are extensively applying in market spots. Because of the merits of simple principle, cheap cost etc., radio frequency style EAS systems are welcomed by most people. Through the several decades' development of digital signal process technology, it has been applied many fields successfully. Achieving the system using the digital signal processor has become a trend in designing such kind of device.
    The thesis brings forward a kind of design method of software and hardware in EAS based on the digital signal process technology. It improves the performance targets in some aspects such as responding speed, the ratio of mistaken alarm and the ratio of missed alarm. The article include such contents as below:
    1. The impedance matching, amplifying in band-pass, magnify and frequency demodulation, pulse shaping methods have been used to transform the signals;
    2. The digital signal processor with flash memory as the microprocessor has been selected, which elevate the responding speed of the system, simplifies the structure of system circuit; reduce the volume of the detector;
    3. Through the analysis and study plenty of data acquired by lots of experiments, the method to identify the signal of tags or labels, computing self-correlation fuction of continuous several terms under the self-corrrelation theory; is described.
    4. The feature parameters of the signal of tags or labels are obtained by the statistical method. The research shows that the feature parameters have better effect in resisting on the gusty interfere, improving the sensibility of the system and decreaseing the ratio of mistaken alarm;
    5. The remote monitoring and maintaining system using the public telephone networks is designed; the software of monitor center is designed and the hardware and software of EAS controller is devised.
