高校教学建筑设计研究

摘要
高等院校教育是国家和社会发展的重要命脉,是社会进步的动力源泉。高校教学建筑作为实施与发展教育事业培育人才的主要场所,其地位与重要性,在人类文明发展史上一再受到肯定。面对高等院校教学建筑设计上的物质和精神两方面的要求的转变,对现代高等院校教学建筑空间设计的思想、方法及其发展趋势的研究尤为重要。
     通过分析高校学生心理、交往行为、学习活动的特点和教育方式的改革,教育理念的发展等,可以发现在高等院校学术环境中,自发性、随意性的交流活动正是高校精神的核心。而促进学生自发性、随意性的交流活动和学习活动的效率和多样性是高校教学建筑的目标。
     论文的第一章绪论介绍了研究的背景和意义,研究方法和技术路线;对高等院校教学建筑的概念进行了界定;并概述了其历史发展及我国近、现代各时期高校教学建筑的特点,
     第二章从空间形态上把高校教学建筑分为聚合型、线型、网络型、混合型等形态,并通过实例说明各种形态的特点。
     第三章研究了高校学生心理、行为的特点,高校教学和学生学习活动的特点和新变化,并分析这些因素与教学建筑空间设计的相互影响。
     第四章对高校教学建筑的外部空间和中庭空间进行了概述和分析,指出一些原则和具体的手法。
     第五章首先介绍了山本理显的设计思想和设计理念,并从交流空间组织的角度对山本理显的设计思想和设计案例进行了分析;对国内两座有特色的高校教学建筑进行了实地考察并做分析,指出教学建筑设计的一些新思想,新方法。
     最后论文从空间设计角度提出高校教学建筑空间设计的发展趋势:对技术设备的考虑和安排;教室空间更加灵活;生态意识的加强;外部环境空间的注重;对交往空间的注重;建筑格局向综合密集型发展,以期对我国高校教学建筑设计的实践和发展有所帮助。
The college education is both the vital vein in the development of the nation and the society and the motive headspring of the progresses of the society. As the main site to implement and develop teaching career and to cultivate persons, the status and importance of the teaching building in college has been affirmed repeatedly in human civilization developing history. Being up against the changing of physical and mental requests in design on college teaching building, the study on the idea, methods and developing trend of the space design on the modern college teaching building is especially important.
    By analyzing the college students' characteristics in psychologies, intercourse behaviors and study activities, the innovation of teaching mode, and the development of teaching idea etc., spontaneous and random communion activities are no other than the core of COLLEGIALITY. And that promoting the students' spontaneous and random communion activities and the efficiency and the variety of the study activity are the target of college teaching building.
    The first chapter of the paper introduced the investigative background and the meaning, the research methods and the technical route; defined the concept of the college teaching building; and summarized the development of its history and its characteristics in our country in near and modern times.
    The second chapter divided the college teaching building into such types as aggregation type, line type, network type, mixing with type, and showed the characteristics of every kind of appearance via instances.
    The third chapter analyzed the college students' characteristics in psychologies and behaviors, as well as the characteristics and the changing of college teaching and students' studying activities. Then the mutual influence of these factors and the designs on teaching building space was studied.
    
    
    
    The fourth chapter summarized and analyzed exterior space and cortile space in college teaching building space, and pointed out some principles and concrete techniques.
    The fifth chapter introduced Riken Yamamoto's design thoughts and design ideas, and analyzed his design thoughts and design cases as viewed from the organization of communion space. On the premise of reviewing two characteristic college teaching buildings on the spot, the author presented some new ideas and new methods about teaching building design.
    Finally the paper brought forward developing trends about college teaching building design: the technical facilities will be considered and arranged of; classroom space will be more flexible; the environment recognition will be stronger; more attention will be pay to exterior surroundings space and communion space; the developing trend to integrated dense type of building structures, in order to have some help to our national college teaching building design and progress.
