地黄药材指纹图谱研究

摘要
中药地黄为玄参科植物地黄Rehmnnia glutinosa Libosch的块根,在我国使用历史悠久,是著名的“四大怀药”之一。根据其药效的差异,药材分为鲜地黄、生地黄和熟地黄。地黄为常用滋补药,以地黄为主的中成药有几十种之多,国内外有关对地黄的研究文献也较多,大量集中在地黄化学成分,药理作用方面,对地黄药材的指纹图谱研究较少。为了更好地建立怀地黄药材的质量标准,本课题采用HPLC技术研究了生地黄、鲜地黄的指纹图谱来达到鉴别和控制其质量。比较其指纹图谱的差异,通过对地黄血清药物化学的研究,揭示地黄活性成分之间的相关性,为地黄药材的大量应用、新药开发及中医临床合理用药提供科学依据,为人类健康做出更大的贡献。
     本文第一章对地黄指纹图谱研究的意义及其创新内容作了前言叙述。
     本文第二章对指纹图谱技术在中药研究中的应用进展,地黄化学成分、药理作用和指纹图谱目前研究的现状进行了综述。
     本文第三章采用高效液相对鲜地黄药材的指纹图谱进行了研究,包括鲜地黄的提取,试验条件摸索,以及方法的建立和相似度评价等。
     本文第四章采用高效液相对生地黄药材的指纹图谱进行了研究,包括生地黄的提取,试验条件摸索,以及方法的建立和相似度评价等。
     本文第五章比较不同地黄药材之间指纹图谱的异同,结合地黄血清药物化学活性成分的研究,揭示地黄活性成分之间的相关性。
Radix Rehmanniae is the fresh or dry block root of the Scrophulariaceae plant Rehmanniae glutinosa libosch. It has been used for medical treatment for a long time in china; it is one of the four famous herbs produced in Henan Jiaozuo area. According to its efficacy Radix Rehmanniae is usually separated to the fresh Radix Rehmanniae, the dry Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae. There are some traditional Chinese medicine with Radix Rehmanniae because of its invigoration. The research and relevant literature on Radix Rehmanniae are more, but a focus on chemical components and pharmacological. There are few research on Radix Rehmanniae fingerprint. In order to establish the quality standard of Radix Rehmanniae. It is used by HPLC technology to study fingerprints on the fresh Radix Rehmanniae amd the dry Radix Rehmanniae, in order to identifica and control its quality. To compare the differences of fingerprints. Through using the method of serum pharmacochemisty and analysis the compounds of Rehmannia glutinosa libosch absorbed into the blood, to look for the Rehmannia glutinosa libosch definite active constituent, reveals the correlation of Rehmannia glutinosa libosch active constituent. A lot of use and development new medicine of Rehmannia glutinosa libosch need study this. And make more contribution For human health.
     In the first chapter, the significance of the digitalis fingerprint content and its innovation preface narrative.
     In the second chapter,summarize the study on the chemical composition, pharmacological,fingerprints of Rehmannia glutinosa libosch,and fingerprint technology research and application progress in traditional Chinese medicine.
     In the third chapter, study on the fingerprints of the fresh Radix Rehmanniae by HPLC, including the extraction, the method of experimental conditions and the establishment of similarity evaluation, etc.
     In the fourth chapter, study on the fingerprints of the dry Radix Rehmanniae by HPLC, including the extraction, the method of experimental conditions and the establishment of similarity evaluation, etc.
     In the fifth chapter, comparison between different of rehmannia glutinosa fingerprints, through serum phannacochemisty and analysis the compounds of Rehmanniae glutinosa libosch absorbed into the blood, reveals the correlation the active constituent of Rehmanniae glutinosa libosch.
