综放大坡度仰斜开采及围岩控制技术研究

摘要
红会四矿是靖远煤业集团公司的一个老矿井,开采特厚煤层,煤质优良。目前矿井剩余可采资源量多数煤层倾角都在20°以上,部分达到35°左右,而且煤层走向变化大,地质构造多,必需采用倾斜长壁综放大坡度仰斜开采,使得部分综放工作面的仰采坡度超过了30°,综放工作面的仰采坡度大大超过了一般认为的仰采坡度上限,严重影响着矿井的安全高效和正常生产。
     本文在对红会四矿大倾角特厚煤层倾斜长壁综放开采现场状况调查的基础上,系统分析了其综放工作面大坡度仰斜开采的基本特点。对大坡度仰斜开采综放工作面支架围岩系统稳定性特征、以及大坡度仰斜开采综放工作面煤壁片帮形式进行了分析,采用数字模拟方法分析了大坡度仰采综放面煤壁应力的分布特征及其对片帮冒顶的影响作用,在此基础上,提出了综放工作面大坡度仰斜开采时的顶板和煤壁控制技术措施,并进行了现场试验和应用。现场工程实践表明,提出的顶板和煤壁控制技术措施有效改善了大坡度仰斜开采综放面的支架围岩稳定性,现场试验取得了良好的技术经济效果。
Coal mine No.4 of Hong Hui in JingYuan Coal Industry Group Mine is an old mine, mining thick coal seam, coal quality,mine is currently the majority of remaining recoverable coal resources are in the 20°angle above, partly to reach 35°or so, and coal seam changes, geological structure and more, it is necessary to enlarge the great slope of longwall mining inclined to make part of the mining face the rise mining slope more than 30°, mining face rise mining slope much higher than is generally believed that the rise mining slope limit, a serious impact on the mine and the normal production of safe and efficient.
     This subject in the coal mine No.4 inclined thick coal seam longwall caving on the basis of field tested, the system analyzes its mining face great slope overhand mining the basic characteristics.Tilting on the large slope mining mining face rock caving system stability characteristics, and the great slope overhand mining coal caving face in the form of rib fall analysis, digital simulation analysis of a large slope rise mining mining face coal wall stress distribution and its impact on the role of fall roof, on this basis, the proposed inclined thick coal seam longwall mining face large slope overhand mining and the coal wall when the roof control measures, and conducted field trials and applications.Field engineering practice show that the coal wall and roof control measures to effectively improve the large slope topple mining face of the stent rock stability, field test technologies have achieved good economic results.
