天津市快速轨道发展策略研究

摘要
随着中国经济的迅速发展,国务院对天津的重新定位,要将天津建设成为国际港口城市,北方经济中心和生态城市。越来越多的理念、企业、人才、技术涌进天津推动天津的发展。不断增长的需求导致城市空间不断向外扩张,即使如此,城市中心压力依旧巨大,城市交通作为城市的生命线负荷几近饱和,城市中拥挤的路面,刺耳的车鸣造成的噪声污染,机动车排放的大量温室气体,一切都为城市的发展造成了阻碍与先进的大都市和和谐生态城市不符,如何解决城市交通问题成了当务之急。论文参考世界其他国家的案例,选择城市轨道交通作为研究重点,轨道交通具有便捷、舒适、环保、占用面积少运量大等优点,与路面公交系统共同分担城市公共交通压力,同时由于轨道的延伸,使城市可利用面积不断扩大,城市规模也可顺利扩张,带动沿线某些行业或区块共同发展。
本文首先对天津的城市位置经济状况和交通状况进行了简要综述,提出了存在的问题和亟待解决之处。通过对城市建设的需要和城市建设的规划分析得出建设城市轨道交通对城市建设的意义。最后以城市轨道中地铁三号线为例分析了实施的必要性和可能性。

Paper the case in other countries around the world and select a research focus on urban mass transit, rail transportation is convenient, comfortable, environmentally friendly, small footprint advantages of large shipments, and the road transport system to share the pressure of urban public transport, and because the extension of rail , so the city can use expand, smooth expansion of city scale, drive along the common development of certain industries or block.
This article first urban location in Tianjin economic conditions and traffic conditions are briefly reviewed, the problems raised and solved between. On the needs of urban construction and urban construction planning of urban rail transit construction reached the significance of building the city. Finally, an example of urban rail in the Metro Line analysis of the implementation of the necessity and possibility.
本文首先对天津的城市位置经济状况和交通状况进行了简要综述,提出了存在的问题和亟待解决之处。通过对城市建设的需要和城市建设的规划分析得出建设城市轨道交通对城市建设的意义。最后以城市轨道中地铁三号线为例分析了实施的必要性和可能性。
