分支井钻井技术在大庆油田Z201区块的应用

摘要
大庆油田目前进入高含水开发阶段,研究经济可行的钻井新技术来挖潜剩余油成为油田可持续发展的重要研究课题。分支井钻井技术是90年代发展起来的高新技术,它适应多个产层、薄差油层有效益地开发,因此开展分支井钻井技术研究对于大庆油田的稳产高产具有十分重要的意义。
     本文在查阅大量国内外的文献基础上,对分支井井眼轨迹控制、钻井液、完井、固井等技术理论进行了研究,并针对Z201区块具体的油藏特征,将分支井钻井技术应用到Z201区块,筛选出适合分支井开发的油层及分支井开发方案;通过对分支井轨迹穿越地层的精细研究,设计着陆点、控制点,保证分支井井眼轨迹最大限度地在目的层中穿行;研究出适合Z201区块油层发育状况的分支井井眼轨迹剖面、分支井井眼轨迹控制技术及导向技术;根据地层的实际特点利用试验优选出适合钻采实际需要的钻井液体系;根据油藏基础数据和后续开发的需要研究出适合Z201区块的分支井完井方式、井身结构及固井、下套管工艺技术。
     ZF31-P28井的成功施钻标志着大庆油田钻采技术前进了一大步,同时也表明,分支井钻井完井技术研究成果对于提高大庆油田剩余油、低渗透油田的开发效果将会起到重要作用,因此,分支井技术在大庆油田将具有广阔应用前景。
When Daqing oilfield enters the high water exploitation stage, the study of new economy drilling technique to dig latent surplus has become an important research case for sustainable development of oilfield. The multilateral well technology was high and new technology in the 1990s and could develop multilayer and thin oil reservoir efficiently and economically , so conducting a research of the multilateral well technology and drilling in oilfields play an important role in the sustainable development of Daqing oilfield.
     The paper is under the study of technology theory in the multilateral well path controlling、drilling fluid、the well completion、cementing well technology after traversing of reserve geology in Z201 block, applies research result to Z201 block , finds strata suited for using multilateral well drilling technology and sets down developing plan; traversing the multilateral well path, the landing point and the controlling point are applied in order to keep the multilateral well path in the right strata to the utmost; the technology of the multilateral well path section、path controlling technology and the geo-steering drilling technology is set to fitting Z201 block; the drilling fluid fitting the need of drilling and production is set according to the strata characters; the technology of the way of well completion、the well profile、Cementing well and running casing string into hole according to the condition of Z201 block and the need of oil production are researched
     The successful drilling of ZF31-P28 well indicates that the technology of drilling and exploitation has gone ahead in Daqing oilfield, and the technology of multilateral well will play a significant role in improving the effect of surplus oil and low permeability field in Daqing oilfield at the same time. The multilateral well technology will have the vast application prospect in Daqing oil field.
