基于BS模式的燃料管理系统的研究

摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展以及信息化需求程度的日益加深,企业在市场经济条件下的竞争变得更加激烈,传统的管理模式已经不适应企业现代化的管理需求了,成为企业发展的羁绊。在这种形势下,企业为了更好的生存下去,就必须尽快改变旧的管理方式,采用先进的科学技术和管理方法,提高企业的管理水平和工作效率,为企业的发展提供保障。为推动了火电厂燃料管理信息化进程,使得燃料管理体系的运作更加有效,实现各厂到、耗、存燃料流程数据和各供货单位价格、质量等数据及时传输、共享,使管理层能对煤炭的量、质、价全程进行动态监管,实时审核燃料的实际发生费用、实时保护、监管分公司燃料管理网络实时信息系统数据,从而杜绝人为因素干扰,建立了新型燃料管理系统。
     整个系统从煤炭进厂、卸煤、入厂煤化验、煤场堆放、入炉煤检验、煤耗率计算、成本分析整个过程进行管理,计算出单位发电量用煤成本,方便各级管理人员对煤的各种数据指标进行查阅、统计,并且采用B/S模式对整个系统进行了设计和开发,实现了燃料的全过程计算机管理,提高了工作效率,为电厂逐步实现网络化奠定了良好的基础。
     本文所做的主要工作如下:
     1.详细说明了C/S和B/S两种模式的特点并通过比较得出B/S模式相对于C/S模式具有很明显的优势。并且介绍了B/S模式下的几种开发技术。最后决定采用JSP/Servlet技术来开发本系统,可移植性好、代码执行效率高、与数据库连接方便。
     2.本文将商空间粒度计算理论和软件工程的建模理论相结合,提出粒度建模方法,根据用户需求,对软件进行粒度建模,使软件设计更加人性化,更能符合人们对复杂系统的认识过程。
     3.将粒度建模方法应用到火电厂燃料管理系统的设计实现中,将燃料管理系统自上而下总体上分为三层:交互层、台帐层、基础数据层。
With the rapid development of information technology, the increase of informatization requirement degree, the competition of enterprise in market economic condition becomes more intensified, the management patter under planned economy has not met the modern management device of enterprise and becomes the trammels of enterprise development.Under this kind of situation enterprise must change old management way as soon as possible for better survival,raises working efficiency and the level ofmanagement of enterprise with advanced science and technology and management method, offers guarantee for the development of enterprise.In order to impel the fire power to manage information-based progress,make the operation of the fuel management system more effectively, make the arriving, consuming,saving fuel process data of every factory and the data such as price and quality etc of every goods-providing unit delivers and share in time, make management layer take charge of the quantity, quality and the price of the coal dynamic,examine the actual occurrence expenses of the fuel in real time, protect and take charge of the real-time information system data of the branch,and Eradicate the artificial factor on effect,so a new fuel management system is built up.
     The whole system manage the coal process of importing, discharging, assaying, piling up, checking up of coal entered stove, computing coal cost rate and analyzing cost. System computes the unit coal costing of electricity. All levels manager count and refer to all kind of coal parameter in a convenient way. The whole system was designed and empoldered with Browser/Server mode, and achieved that computer manage fuel process, and enhance work efficient. The system builder a good base for using network.
     The main work in this paper are following:
     1. In this dissertation,the special character of the two models is illustrated in detailed.After comparing, we can see B/S model has very obvious prevalence comparing to C/S model. Subsequently, some develop technology under B/S model is introduced. At last, JSP/Servlet technology is adopted to design this system and it has features such as high portable feature, high efficiency of code execution and convenient connection with database.
     2. In this dissertation, quotient space granule computing theory and software engineering are combined, then Granular Modeling approach is put forward. Software is devised by Granular Modeling based on user demands, so software design is more humanized and accord with human cognitive process of complex system.
     3. Granular Modeling approach is applied to the device of RLMIS, RLMIS can be divided into three levels: interaction level, account level, foundation data level.
