老年居住环境设计研究

摘要
二十一世纪我国逐步进入老龄化社会，而中国的老年事业滞后于经济和社会发展，社会养老设施严重不足，老年人的居住环境问题已严峻地摆到建筑设计人员面前。老年人口的快速增长、家庭结构的变化、老少分离居住、家庭赡养关系的变化引起对老年住宅新的需求。国内外的实践也表明，创造适宜老年人居住的住宅，促进和完善家庭养老比大力推进社会养老具有更普遍、更积极的意义。
本文在分析国内老年住宅的现实需求和发展前景的前提下，指出适宜老年人的住宅是解决我国老年人居住生活问题的现实对策。开发建设老年住宅，作为一种建筑类型设置于居住区内，以老年住宅为载体发展住宅市场和老年服务市场，对老龄化社会中保持老年人的独立性和老年人共享社会发展成果十分必要。在明确老年住宅这一框架之后，本文在分析老年人生理、心理以及行为特征的基础上，把老年住宅分为内部空间环境和外部空间环境分别对其进行分析探讨。提出适宜老年人的住宅设计应以老年人为核心，创造易于识别、易于控制、易于到达、易于交往和无障碍的空间环境。从总平面设计到道路设施、空间组合、套型设计、各个功能空间设计、服务设施设计以及细部处理都始终贯彻对老年人的关怀和对老年人的适宜性。论文意在通过对适宜老年人的住宅设计的研究，希望能为即将大量出现的老年居住环境的设计与研究提供一点启示。
Our country enters the aging-country gradually in the 21st century. But business for the aged lags behind the society advancement and economy development, the facility is insufficiency seriously. The architects confront the vital question of the inhabitation environment of the aged. The aged increasing quickly, change of family structure, separation between parents and family and difficult of family support which arouse demands of the house for the aged. The domestic and international fulfillments prove that promoting to develop the house for the aged has more widespread, more positive meaning.
This thesis points out the house for the aged is a solution to the problem of the aged in our country under the precondition of analyzing the need and future of house market for the aged. As a kind of building type in residential quarter, constructing house for the aged which is a carrier to develop house market for the aged and service market for the aged keep the elderly living independently and sharing society production. Based on the analysis of physiology, psychology and behavior characteristic of the elderly the thesis study on design of the house for the aged by dividing into the exterior and interior space environment.
The thesis indicates the core of design is the elderly, creating easy to identify, easy to control, easy to arrive, easy to company with others, barrier-free space environment. From the site plan design, the road design, various function spaces design, service facilities design and the details design, the theme carry through all the designs to accommodate the special needs and interests of the elderly. Through the study on the house for the aged, the thesis hopes to enlighten the forthcoming design and research of house for the aged.
