网络化产品设计信息过滤中若干关键技术研究

摘要
随着信息技术、计算机技术和网络技术的迅速发展,世界经济全球化进程正在大大加快。企业为了在竞争中立于不败之地,必须通过缩短产品的研发周期和制造周期,改善产品性能、降低成本,使新产品能够尽早进入市场,从而赢得竞争的主动权。
     产品信息作为设计的载体,随着设计方式的改变,传统设计过程中的产品信息交换与共享的手段已无法满足现代企业制造设计的需要。传统的设计方法受到了巨大的挑战,一些具有良好应用前景的先进制造技术和设计方法应运而生。运用信息过滤和计算机网络技术可很好的实现产品设计信息的交换与共享、有效地提高设计效率和质量、缩短产品设计开发的时间,最终赢得市场竞争。
     本文在本课题组提出信息过滤系统的基础上,对其相关的若干关键技术进行了研究。首先结合课题组先前的工作完善了基于协同设计的信息过滤系统;然后对产品设计中存在的信息资源集成和统一规范方面的不足问题,采用XML技术用数据整合的方法初步予以解决;对影响设计信息过滤系统可靠性的指标进行了分析,并运用综合模糊评价法对其可靠性予以评价;网络环境中产品设计信息过滤系统的安全问题也十分重要。为此,本文最后构建了网络化设计信息安全技术的体系结构,并基于密码技术构建了产品设计信息管理安全框架体系。
With the rapid development of information technology, computer technology and network technology, the process of the world economy's globalization has been accelerated greatly. If an enterprise in competition want be invincible, it must shorten its product development cycle and manufacturing cycle, improve its product performance, reducing costs, so make it enable new products enter market as soon as possible, and thereby gaining the initiative in competition.Product information is the design carriers. With the way of designing changes, the method in the traditional product design process can not meet modern design requirements at the exchange of information and sharing of the means of production. Traditional design methods have been encountered enormous challenges, some have good prospects for the application of advanced manufacturing technology and design methods have emerged. Using information filtering technology and computer networks can realize the exchange and sharing of product design information perfectly, improving design efficiency and quality effectively, shorten product design and development time and win the market competition ultimately.The work of the thesis is on the basis of information filtering system that presented by our workgroup, so the author mainly do research on some key technologies related to the system. Firstly, the author bettered the information filtering system based on cooperative design;Secondly, for the disfigurement in information integration resources of product design and the lack of unified standards, the author solved the problem preliminary by using XML and data integration solution;Thirdly, the reliability of information filtering system designed to affect of indicators analyzed and evaluated using integrated vague law to assess its reliability;Finally, network environment is also important to the products information security. Therefore, the author finally design and built the network information security technology architecture, and built information management system security framework based on password technology in product design.
