MC模式下ETO产品项目管理关键技术研究

摘要
针对按订单设计(ETO)产品的特点及其在大批量定制过程存在的问题,提出了MC模式下ETO产品项目管理技术体系,对MC模式下ETO产品项目管理关键技术进行了深入的研究,并结合实际应用项目对其进行验证。论文的主要工作如下:
     第一章阐述论文的研究背景,首先对面向大批量定制的开发设计技术和管理技术研究现状进行了回顾与分析,然后对项目管理关键技术的研究进展进行了总结,进而给出论文研究的主要内容及结构。
     第二章首先给出了ETO产品的定义,并对ETO产品的大批量定制过程进行了分析和研究;然后结合项目的定义和特点,提出可以应用项目管理技术对MC模式下ETO产品大批量定制过程进行管理;给出了MC模式下ETO产品项目管理的定义,并研究了项目结构与资源、进度和成本之间的关系;进而提出了MC模式下ETO产品项目管理的框架体系。
     第三章在分析ETO产品大批量定制项目报价特点以及ETO产品成本组成的基础上,提出了ETO产品项目报价流程;给出了项目报价的支持框架;最后针对ETO产品中需要根据客户需求进行重新设计的零部件的成本估算问题,建立了零部件制造成本估算模型。
     第四章提出了基于项目主规划的快速项目规划方法。主要研究了建立项目主规划的过程:包括项目工作分解、项目活动关系分析以及项目活动时间及工期计算;并研究了项目规划派生的过程,提出了基于项目规划规则库的项目规划派生方法,探讨了项目规划派生方法中规则的匹配与资源调度算法。
     第五章给出了MC模式下ETO产品项目执行控制过程;提出了MC模式下ETO产品项目集成管理框架,并从项目、过程、产品数据两两集成和三者集成等不同角度研究了项目集成管理模型;分析了项目集成管理平台的组成,研究了不同应用系统之间的集成。
     第六章论述了MC模式下ETO产品项目管理技术在某汽轮机股份有限公司和某发动机研究所的具体应用。以SMARTEAM4.0为集成平台,集成报价系统和CAD系统对MC模式下ETO产品项目管理的理论、方法和技术进行了验证。
     第七章对论文进行总结,并对后续研究进行展望。
Aiming at the characteristics of the ETO (engineering to order) and the problems faced in the process of mass customization, the technology architecture of ETO product project management for MC was proposed. Key technologies of ETO product project management for MC were researched comprehensively and deeply, and the research achievements were put into practice combined with practical project. The main work of dissertation as follows:
     In the 1st chapter, the research background of this dissertation is described. Design technology for MC, management technology for MC and key technology of project management were reviewed and analyzed, and the main content and structure of this dissertation were given.
     In chapter 2, the definition of ETO product was given firstly, and the mass customization process of ETO was analyzed. Then combined with the definition and character of project, this dissertation thought that the mass customization process of ETO could be managed with project mode. The definition of ETO product project management for MC was clarified, and the relationships among project structure, resource, schedule, and cost were researched. Then, the framework of ETO product project management for MC was built.
     In chapter 3, after analyzing the characteristics of cost estimation and project quotation and the composition of ETO product cost, the process of project quotation was proposed. Then, the framework of quotation decision support was given. Finally, in order to calculate some especial parts cost, which could be redesign in process of MC, a parts manufacturing cost estimation model was put forward.
     In the 4th chapter, a rapid project plan method based on project main plan was proposed. The process to set up project main plan was researched mainly, which included project work breakdown, project activity relationship analyses and project duration computation. Then, the process of project plan instantiation was researched, and the method of project plan instantiation was presented based on project knowledge base. Finally, matching of rules and algorithm on resource balance were discussed.
     In chapter 5, the process of ETO product project execution and control for MC was given. ETO product project integrated management framework was proposed. From the integration between project, process, product data integration and the integration among project, process, product data angles, project integrated management model was researched. The composition of project integrated management platform was analyzed, and the logic data structure among project management in PDM, quotation system, CAD and ERP was researched.
     In the 6th chapter, the ETO product project management for MC applications in a Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co. Ltd and a certain engine institute were described. On the basis of SMARTEAM4.0 platform, the theory, method and technology were validated.
     Chapter 7 reviewed the achievements and innovations of this dissertation, and gave a prospect for future work.
