面向服装业的CPC研究

摘要
协同产品商务(CPC)作为一种综合的商务解决方案是21世纪初产生的。它通过具有联邦的数据模型,可以达到不同来源的异构数据对象互访,异构信息系统的互操作;以Web为中心的系统架构使得系统可以无限扩展,便于数据接入;XML技术支持基于不同角色的页面定制和各种协作机制。协同产品商务从哲理和技术手段上探索出解决各个应用软件系统交流屏蔽的问题,弥合了信息孤岛和资源孤岛。服装业是一个传统的劳动密集型行业,在我国是主要的出口创汇行业。面对国际能源和人力资源成本持续上涨的趋势,探索通过提高企业信息化水平从而提高服装产品附加值是有效的提高我国服装业国际竞争力的手段。
     本文通过分析服装产品生产模式的演变历程以及服装产品生产的特点,提出了面向服装行业的协同产品商务(CPCC)。从产品战略、决策模式、开发团队、开发过程、组织结构等方面研究了服装协同产品商务的基本理论。在服装协同产品商务的方法里,研究了CPCC的策略和系统框架,重点探讨了客户关系管理的泛化和延伸。基于灰色关联分析(GRA),研究了虚拟模特生成算法。利用价值工程(VE)的思想提出了在协同产品商务环境下的客户满意度评价模型,研究了价格响应策略。探索了可拓学(Extenic)思想在协同环境的应用,提出利用改进的优度评价法对服装创意进行专家组式评价。
     基于上述服装协同产品商务理论和方法的研究,开发设计了Belsun-CPCC系统,并将主要的研究内容体现在系统中。
     论文的最后提出了本课题今后进一步研究的方向和展望。

As a business solution, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) was appeared in the beginning of 21st century. Because it have federal data model, the data from the different source can be visited by each other, the different information system can operate with each other, the system structure Web-centered makes the system expanded inimitably, the XML technique supports page-orders and collaborative mechanism. From philosophy to technique means, CPC seeks the solution to break shields among each applied system and connect isolated information islands. Clothing industry is a traditional labor-intensive industry, a main way to create foreign exchange for our country. Faced with the soaring cost of international energy and human resource, it is an effective means to increase our international competition ability that increasing the additional value of clothing by exalting enterprise's information level.This thesis puts forward the concept of CPCC (Collaborative Product Commerce for Costume) through analyzing the evolvement of clothing production mode and the characteristics of the production process. From product strategy, decision mode, development team, development process and organizes construction etc. the thesis studies the basic theories of CPCC.In the methods of CPCC, the system frame and strategies are researched. The extending of CRM is discussed especially. Based on the gray relationship analyzes (GRA), the method of creating Virtual Model is presented. Illuminated by the thought of VE (Value Engineering), the model describing the degree of the customer's satisfaction is presented, as well as the strategy of price respond. The thesis investigates the application of Extenics in the collaborative environment, and puts forward the Improved Appraisal of the Advantageous Degree used for group-expert evaluation. Based on the above theories, Belsun-CPCC system is designed and main researches are embodied in the system.
