基于IEC 61131-3标准的糖厂澄清工段pH值控制系统的研究与开发

摘要
糖厂澄清工段是制糖生产的重要环节,是一个具有多变量、非线性、大滞后等特点的复杂控制过程。针对糖厂生产工艺流程中较为复杂的中和和澄清过程pH值控制问题,本文提出了基于S3C44BOX控制器的糖厂澄清工段pH值控制系统。详细介绍了pH值控制的原理;设计了澄清工段pH值控制装置,包括检测装置、阀门驱动装置、酸洗泵驱动装置等;成功地将uClinux系统移植到S3C44BOX控制器中,并详细介绍了uClinux系统在S3044BOX平台上的移植过程;根据所设计的外围扩展电路,编写了基于uClinux系统的驱动程序以及硬件测试程序。
     鉴于IEC 61131-3标准软件平台在软件编程、可移植性、可靠性等方面的优势,本文论述了基于IEC 61131-3标准的软逻辑平台在uClinux系统的实现原理及具体的实现方法;成功地将基于IEC 61131-3标准的软逻辑控制软件移植到uClinux系统上,实现了基于IEC 61131-3标准的软逻辑编程系统和运行系统之间的网络通信;编写并测试了基于IEC 61131-3标准的关于数据采集、步进电机驱动、酸洗泵装置等硬件驱动固件功能块,方便用户编程。
Clarification Workshop Section is a complicated controlling object which has the characteristics of the non-linear, multi-constraint, long time-delay and so on. Aiming at the complexity of PH value control in the course of neutralization and clarifying of the production flow in sugar mill, a kind of pH controlling system about Clarification Workshop Section based on S3C44B0X controller is presented in this paper. The principle of the pH control system is introduced in detail; The pH controlling equipments of the clarification workshop section are also designed which including the measuring device, the valve driving device and the sour washing pump device etc. The system of uClinux is transplanted on the controller of S3C44B0X successfully and the transplantation process of uClinux system on the platform of S3C44B0X is also described in detail. According to the designing expanded of the outer electric circuits, the driving program and the test program based on uClinux system are compiled.Owing to advantage of software programming, transplanting and dependability of the IEC 61131-3 standard, This paper introduces the theory of softPLC control system based on S3C44B0X controller and IEC 61131-3 standard; The implementing method of softPLC control system based on uClinux and IEC 61131-3 standard is provided; the firm function block about data measuring module, step-motor driving module and sour washing pump driving module based on IEC 61131-3 standard is designed too, which make the convenience for the customer.
