辽河油田分布式人事MIS系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展和企业需求的不断提高,分布式信息系统在企业人事管理工作中的应用已成必然。
     本文论述了辽河油田公司分布式人事MIS系统的研发技术。该系统采用数据库结构特性与行为特性相结合的方法,给出了符合辽河油田人事管理特点及应用环境要求的全局数据库概念模型,使人事管理信息得到合理的组织和有效的使用。采用面向对象的分析方法设计出系统的总体逻辑结构,使系统的功能满足各项人事业务工作及管理的需要;采用了分布式数据库设计方法,进行了数据库的分段设计和分配设计。
     在总体设计和具体实施中,分布式数据库技术的合理运用是本系统成功的关键。本文详细论述了分布式数据库的设计、数据的完整性、安全性、可靠性设计方法,以及分布式数据库查询优化、同步更新等技术,并将上述方法及技术灵活地贯穿于本系统的分布式数据库模型、数据流图、模块功能图和同步更新等设计及实现。
     该系统的运用不仅使人事管理工作效率得到提高,把管理人员从繁琐的事务性工作中解放出来,更重要的是使得管理工作更加规范化、科学化。本文所给出的数据库模型及总体逻辑结构,对跨地区的集团级企业人事MIS系统的建设可提供参考。
With the rapid development of information technology and the improving requirement of enterprises, the application of Distributed Information System, has necessitated in the enterprise human resources management.
     The paper introduces the research technology of Distributed Human Resources MIS system in Liaohe Oilfield. The system, which combines database structure characteristics and behavioral characteristics, gives an overall database conceptual model which suits itself to the properties of human resources management in Liaohe Oilfield and its application environment, thus human resources management information is organized reasonably and used effectively. The general logic structure of the system is designed based on object-oriented analysis method so that the functions of the system can be met demands of different human resources jobs and management. The distributed database is designed in way of segments and distribution.
     The feasible application of distributed database is the key to successful during the total design and implementation in this system. The paper discusses the design of distributed database in detail; completion, security and reliability of the data and query optimization and synchronized updating techniques are also studied. All techniques and methods above are properly adopted in design and realization of distributed database module, illustrations of data flow and module functions as well as synchronized updating.
     Not only does this system release the working staff from trivial jobs by enhancing efficiency of human resources management, but also most importantly, it directs management into a more scientific and standardized way. The database model and general logic structure in this paper can provides for the construction of human resources MIS system in trans-regional group enterprises.
