个性化三维服装人台建模的研究与系统开发

摘要
三维服装人台模型建模方法是三维服装设计系统中的关键,人台的建模方式直接影响后期服装款式设计的难易程度和表现效果,也和服装三维模拟及仿真以及服装的三维与二维转换关系等问题密切相关,因此研究三维服装人台模型的建模方法具有广泛的研究价值和应用前景。个性化、立体感、真实感的仿真效果和良好的人机交互界面是三维服装CAD发展的趋势,因而也引起世界范围的研究机构和服装行业的极大关注和兴趣。本课题对个性化三维服装人台模型建模系统进行研究,主要研究内容如下。
     研究了三维人体数据的获取方法,主要分析了接触性测量和非接触性测量方法的特点,根据个性化人台建模需要,提出基于服装行业传统的接触性测量方法的改进的数据测量方法,提出增加测量人体附加特征尺寸,例如胸径厚度(宽度)、乳间距、乳高、臀高等特征尺寸。这种通过传统的测量方法加上人台的特征参数尺寸获取个性化人台参数的方法,使系统建造个性化的人台模型更加形象和方便,且使特殊体形的造型能够得以实现。
     分析了目前的几种人台建模方法的特点,分别利用工程图学软件MATLAB和现有的三维建模软件UG来实现人体的建模,并给出模型效果分析。在此基础上提出在VC++开发环境和OpenGL三维图形软件包下的NURBS曲面建模方法。利用测量获取的人台数据,应用NURBS曲面造型方法对人台进行曲面造型,开发了一个实用的个性化服装人台三维造型系统。系统主要由人台曲面模拟、参数输入、人机交互修改、人台模型仿真几部分组成。

The method of 3D human body modeling is very important in the 3D garment computer aided design system. And the mannequin modeling will influence the complexity and performance of garment design directly, and also be closely related with the three-dimensional simulation of the mannequin, and the shift from two-dimension to three-dimension of the garment pieces. Therefore exploring 3D-garment modeling method is of extensive value in research and prospect for application. Highly individualized, the artificial results of three-dimensional and good computer interface are becoming the trendency and characters of three-dimensional garment CAD system, which are arousing great concern from the worldwide research institutes. In this thesis, the design method for 3D modeling system of system is proposed and the system is developed. The following achievements are gained.The method of acquiring the three-dimension human data is discussed firstly. The comparison between the traditional contact measurement and the three-dimension body measurement has been conducted. According to the needs of individual three-dimension human-form modeling, the improved measurement method is suggested, in which the traditional contact measurement method of mannequin and the measurement of human additional characteristic, such as the thickness and width, interval of breast, breasts' highth, buttocks high and so on, are combined. By this combination, mannequin modeling can be brought forth
    preciously and conveniently, and a feature—based parametric mannequin modeling method is presented.The advantages and shortcomings of several kinds of human modeling method are analyzed before establishing the concrete scheme, Then with use of project graphic study software MATLAB and existing three-dimensional modeling software UG, meanwhile, human body modeling is realized. Based on these, NURBS curved surface modeling method is put forward which is under VC ++ development environments and OpenGL three-dimensional figure software contractors. Utilizing the measurement data of free-formed surfaces, a free-formed human body surface is constructed with the method of NURBS. Additionally, a utility construction system is developed, which is mainly composed of 3-D human body measurement, parameters inputting, interaction modification and modeling graphics simulation.A standard three-dimensional dummy is set up in the system, and user may regulate own characteristic parameter to realize a feature-based parametric mannequin modeling. Thus, the individualized dummy developed provids convenience for the designer and customer.A friendly mutual interface for the human model system is designed. One's own dummy can be getten by inputting own characteristic parameters, such as perimeter of the bust, waistline, the buttocks, breast height and etc, which is convenient for modeling rapidly and accurately. Therefore, good foundations are settled for developing the garment modeling and pattern design later. In additional, the individualized modeling becomes an important part in developing the computer aided 3D-garment design system.
