基于TeMIP的告警管理系统中告警报表的设计与实现

摘要
近年来,电信行业飞速发展,电信网的规模和复杂性也在不断增加,多厂商设备的引入,新业务的增加,都使得网络维护的重要性日益突出。电信网络管理信息平台(TelecommunicationsManagement Information Platform,TeMIP)是惠普公司提出的通信行业解决方案,它基于TMN标准而设计,为管理整个电信网络提供了统一的管理界面。
     论文从研究电信管理网的基本概念出发,研究了电信管理网络及TeMIP的相关知识,同时以某省电信的综合网络管理系统项目为基础,阐述了基于TeMIP的告警管理子系统的总体结构设计。告警管理子系统从结构上分为三个层次:数据采集层、数据处理层和数据应用层。它实现了告警采集、告警过滤、故障检测、告警报表分析、告警统计查询等功能。
     告警报表是告警管理系统应用层的一个功能,结合本人在项目中的设计和开发实践,论文详细阐述了告警报表系统的设计与实现。在告警报表系统的设计中,遵循报表数据与格式分离的思想,引出了语义层数据模型对数据的封装。同时,系统参考OLAP和数据仓库的设计思路,提取报表分析主题,然后按主题设计相应的报表。报表最后的展现采用商业智能软件Business Obiects。论文独立完成了一个满足用户需求、灵活、具有良好扩展性的报表系统,能帮助网络监控人员从多角度分析告警数据,更好地管理设备,维护网络。
With the rapid development of telecommunication industry, the scale and complexity of telecommunication network has also increased. The introduction of multi-vendor equipment and the increase in new business are all make the Network Maintenance more and more important. Management Information Platform(TeMIP) developed by HP company, which is one of the telecommunications industry solutions. It is designed based on TMN, and provides a unified management interface to manage the telecommunication network.
     Based on the research of the basic concept of Telecommunication Management Network (TMN), the paper has further studied the knowledge of telecommunication management network and TeMIP. Meanwhile, the paper elaborated the overall structural design about the Alarm Management subsystem on the ground of the Integration Network Management System project of some province. The Alarm Management Subsystem is divided into three layers: data collection layer, data processing layer and data application layer. It realizes the function of alarm collection, alarm filtration, fault detection, alarm report analysis, alarm statistic query, and so on.
     Alarm report is one function of the application layer of alarm management system. Combined with the design and development practice which I have done in the project, the paper elaborates the design and implementation of alarm report carefully. The design of the alarm report system follows the thinking that the data is isolated with format, and raises the packaging of data from data model of Semantic layer. At the same time, with the reference of the designing of OLAP and data warehouse, the system extracts the report analysis theme, and then designs the report based on that theme. The final implementation of the system is completed by using the commercial and intelligent software-Business Objects. At the end of paper, a report system which can meet user needs and have flexibility and good scalability is completed, the system can help network Monitor staff analysis alarm data from various angles, so the management of equipments and maintenance of network can be made better.
