基于MSP430单片机的便携式动态心电监护仪研制

摘要
心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,早期诊断和治疗是预防心脏病的有效途径,而心电监护仪在其中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文基于动态心电监护仪的基本功能和特点,设计了一种基于MSP430F149单片机的便携式动态心电监护系统。
     在硬件方面,以双8路复选器MAX397为基础,设计了心电导联选择电路,可在三个标准导联、三个加压导联、一个胸导联以及1mV定标电路之间任意切换;采用仪表放大器AD620设计了前级放大电路和右腿驱动电路,其后利用运算放大器设计了0.05-100Hz带通滤波电路、50Hz陷波电路和主放大电路;最后采用MSP430F149单片机作为数字电路核心,其负责外围电路的控制与通讯;利用液晶控制器S1D13700配合分辨率320~*240的液晶G320240E,实现了心电信号实时动态显示和直观的菜单设置界面,配合6键键盘,操作简单;采用2GB的SD卡不间断的实时记录数据,记录数据的时间可长达1个月;通过USB接口控制器CH372,系统可以方便的将存储设备中的心电数据送至上位机。在软件方面,采用结构化程序设计方法,完成了数字电路部分中各模块的初始化,使其能正常工作,并着重优化液晶模块显示算法,取得良好的效果。
     经制作印制电路板并调试,软硬件实现了预期功能,并且工作稳定,性能良好,满足了便携式动态心电监护系统的要求。
     系统整体体积小、重量轻,携带方便,适合在家庭中普遍推广。
Cardiovascular disease is one of main diseases that threat human health, and the early diagnosis and treatment are effective ways that prevent heart disease. ECG monitor is playing the very important role in among. Base on the dynamic ECG monitor basic function and feature, this paper has designed a portable dynamic ECG monitor based on MSP430F149 microcontroller.
     In the hardware part, taking a dual 8-channel multiplexers MAX397 as the foundation, the author has designed the heart leads selecting circuit could switch among the three standard-leads, three augmented-leads, one chest-lead and 1mV calibration circuit; Using instrumentation amplifier AD620, the author has designed preamplifier circuit and driven-rignt-leg circuit; Behind them, using operational amplifier, the author has designed a 0.05-100Hz band-pass filter circuit, 50Hz notch filter circuit and main amplifier circuit; finally the author has taken MSP430F149 microcontroller as the digital circuit core, and it takes charge for the control and communication of its peripheral circuit; Using LCD controller S1D13700 and LCD G320240E with resolution 320*240, the author has realized dynamic real-time display of ECG signal and direct-viewing menu setting interface, and working with the 6-key keyboard, the manipulation is simple; The author has used 2GB SD card to record real-time data continuously, and the data recording time could reach 1 month; Using USB interface controller CH372, the system could transmit the date in storage device to upper computer conveniently. In the software part, using structuring program design method, the author has completed the initialization of various modules in the digital circuit part and made them work normally, and the author has optimized the algorithm of LCD module display, and got the good effect.
     After making printed circuit board and debugging, the software and hardware has realized the anticipated function, and the system is stable and well-performing, and satisfies the request of portable ECG monitor system.
     The overall system is small, light and convenient to carry, and is suitable to use in families.
