速生桉单板层积材家具的造型设计和结构研究

摘要
桉树是我国南方主要速生树种之一,种植面积广,是生产人造板的主要原料。速生桉树自身的缺陷严重限制了其木材的利用程度。利用桉树单板制作层积材,并开发家具用非结构单板层积材,不但缓解家具用材的紧张局势,而且充分发挥地域资源优势、实现桉树单板的高附加值利用并促进广西人造板行业的迅猛发展。然而速生桉单板层积材的材性优良与否,是否能满足家具用材的需要,能否制造出满足市场需求的家具产品,正是目前众多家具企业研究的主要问题之一。本文首次对速生桉单板层积材家具从以下几个方面进行了较为全面和系统的研究。
     1.通过在实验室自行压制速生桉单板层积材,测试其密度、含水率、弹性模量、静曲强度等,对层积材的外观特征、结构特征及理化特征进行了分析与研究,并通过与实木锯材力学性能的对比,提出了速生桉单板层积材所具有的材料特征及对现代家具设计的启示。
     2.用速生桉单板层积材制成的家具独有特色,条纹时尚。在层积材家具造型设计中,先分析了层积材的色彩、肌理、质地和光泽等外观特征,并综合利用其材料特点进行家具的造型设计。并结合仿生学,情感化设计、符号学等现代主流设计理论,进一步探讨了层积材家具的造型设计。
     3.速生桉单板层积材要想获得优秀的纹理效果,桉树单板必须经过漂白与染色,通过实验确定了桉木单板漂白染色的最佳工艺;并对速生桉单板层积材的机械加工性能进行了实验,通过与广西常用家具用材——香椿木的比较,进一步确定了速生桉单板层积材在刨切、砂光、成型、打孔等方面具有优良的加工性能。
     4.速生桉单板层积材家具的结构设计是本论文的关键部分,速生桉单板层积材家具可采用胶结合、榫结合和结构连接件结合等。对于榫结合做了更深层次的研究,通过不同榫结合方式的强度测定,确定椭圆榫为层积材家具的最佳榫结合方式。此外还探讨了三种不同的螺钉对于桉树单板层积材的握钉力。特种弯曲结构的层积材家具采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析确定了其结构合理性。并结合现代绿色结构设计理念进行了层积材家具结构的讨论。
     5.结合设计实践和实例,提出了速生桉单板层积材家具新产品的设计方法和开发途径,并对开发的新产品进行了技术经济评价,以供家具生产企业参考应用。
Fast-growing eucalyptus is one of the main three species in the south, which plantingwidely and is the main raw material for man-made board. But the defects in fast–growingeucalyptus have seriously limited utilizing degree of wood. Making use of eucalyptus toproduce and develop laminated veneer lumber furniture is an effective and important way toease contradiction between wood supply and demand, play advantage of eucalyptus resource inGuangxi, promote Guangxi forestry economy development, realize the fast-growing highvalue-added use and meet the requirement of furniture market. To play advantage of laminatedveneer lumber material to design and produce furniture to satisfy the furniture market will bethe trend of furniture industry. This dissertation is the first study on fast-growing eucalyptuslaminated veneer lumber furniture in a comprehensive andsystematic as following severalaspects:
     1. Fast-growing eucalyptus is made into laminated veneer lumber product by pressing andproducing on one’s own in the laboratory, its density, water content, the modulus of elasticity, thestatic music intensity, etc, have been tested. The appearance, structure features, physical andchemical characteristics of laminated veneer lumber are analyzed and studied, and by makingcomparison to the real wood lumber in the mechanical properties, the material characteristics offast-growing eucalyptus laminated product have been put forward, also the inspiration formodern furniture design.
     2. The furniture using fast-growing e ucalyptus laminated veneer lumber has uniquematerial characteristics and fashionable stripe. In furniture modeling design with laminatedveneer lumber, first analyze appearance characteristics including color, texture, material quality,and then make comprehensive utilization of the material characteristics. Combined with thebionics, emotional design, semiotics, and other modern design theory in main steam, thisdissertation discusses the laminated veneer furniture design further.
     3. To get good texture effect, fast–growing eucalyptus laminated veneer lumber must gothrough bleaching and dyeing. The best process for eucalyptus wood veneer dyeing andbleaching have been determined through the experiment, and do experiment for the materialmachining properties in fast-growing eucalyptus laminated veneer lumber. By comparing withCedar wood which made for furniture in Guangxi constantly, ensure fast-growing eucalyptusveneer layer of material have excellent machining performance in the cutting, planning,accumulate sanding, molding and drilling further.
     4. Fast–growing eucalyptus laminated veneer lumber structure design of furniture product material is a key component of this paper, fast–growing eucalyptus laminated veneer lumberfurniture can be combined with glue, tenon and structure fittings. Researching deeper for thetenon joint through different tenon joint methods to find out the strength, have made sure theelliptical tenon is the best way for laminated veneer lumber furniture combination. In addition,three different kinds of screws for nail-holding ability of fast–growing eucalyptus laminatedveneer lumber have been discussed as well. ABAQUS finite element software have analyzedspecial bending structure used in laminated veneer lumber furniture, the modern green structuredesign theory have been held together.
     5. Based on design practice and instance, the design method of exploiting and developingthe new product of fast–growing eucalyptus laminated veneer lumber furniture have been putforward, and make technical economy evaluation for the development of new product have beenraised to offer manufacturing enterprise of the furniture the reference and application.
