中国泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛维生素A、D、E的需要量及其在消化道内动态变化的研究

摘要
第一部分
     选择58头荷斯坦奶牛,采用3×3拉丁方设计分两阶段研究了泌乳期荷斯坦维生素A、D、E的需要量以及维生素A、D、E对乳脂、抗体、抗氧化性能及血清和牛奶中维生素A、D、E浓度等的影响,研究结果表明:
     1.维生素A、D、E适宜添加量分别是:1250000IU/d、16000IU/d和1300mg/d。
     2.随着维生素A、D、E剂量的增加,乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、总固体物质和游离脂肪酸的变化不显著(P>0.05);各抗体浓度都有不同程度的增加,但上升不显著(P>0.05);SOD和GSH有不同程度的增加,MDA有不同程度的下降,但变化不显著(P>0.05);牛奶和血清中的矿物质变化不显著(P>0.05);血红蛋白和淋巴细胞等有不同程度的上升,但变化不显著(P>0.05);血清和牛奶中的维生素A和E极显著上升(P<0.01)。
     第二部分
     选用27头荷斯坦奶牛,采用L_9(3~4)正交表的设计形式研究了维生素A、D、E之间的交互作用,研究结果表明:
     1.维生素A、D、E在本实验的添加水平下,对所考察的奶产量、乳脂、抗体浓度等指标方面三者之间无交互作用(P>0.05)。
     2.血清和牛奶中维生素A和E的浓度随着维生素A和E添加剂量的增加而极显著上升(P<0.01)。
     第三部分
     选择3头条件一致的荷斯坦奶牛,安装永久性的瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠瘘管和回肠瘘管;用ETDA-Co做标记物,采用了3×3拉丁方设计研究了不同维生素A、D、E添加水平对奶牛瘤胃、十二指肠、回肠和血液中维生素A、D、E浓度的影响、以及维生素A、D、E在小肠中的吸收情况,研究结果表明:
     1.瘤胃、十二指肠、回肠和血液中维生素A、E浓度随着维生素A、E剂量的

    Part threeIn this experiment ,three holsteins fitted with permanent rumen fistulate, proximal duodenum fistulate and ileum fistulate were used in 3x3 latin square design and ETDA-Co was used as marker to determine the effect of different levels of vitanin A,D,E supplemented in the diets on concentration of vitanin A,D,E in rumen, duodenum , ileum and serum and the asorption of vitanin A,D,E in small intestine,The results indicated that:1 .As the concentration of vitanin A, E in diets increased,the oncentration of vitanin A,D,E in rumen, duodenum , ileum and serum mounted up significantly (P<0.01) and the deposition of. vitanin A, E in small intestine also went up2. there were significantly difference in concentration of vitanin A, E at different sampling time (P<0.01) .
