面向虚拟制造的装配仿真系统研究

摘要
解决产品设计中的可装配性问题,最有效的方法就是在计算机上仿真产品的实际装配过程和运动过程。以可视化手段来研究和解决产品的可装配性问题,这也就是装配仿真的主要任务。目前主流CAD软件虽然提供了仿真功能,但是这些功能不是面向装配的,不能很好的解决产品设计中的可装配性问题。因此,进行面向虚拟制造的装配仿真系统研究具有理论意义和实用价值。
     在基于Unigraphics软件环境下,从产品开发的可装配性问题入手,分析了面向虚拟制造的装配仿真系统的功能需求,并由此建立了系统的总体框架;着重研究了该系统所涉及的三项关键技术——装配序列生成、装配过程仿真及干涉检验;开发了一种寄生式的装配仿真系统ASS(Assembly Simulation System),并以台钳为研究对象,分析了其装配过程及关键匹配要素,并对文章所研究的技术原理和实现方法进行了验证。
Solving the assemblability of product design, the best efficient way is to simulate the real assembly and motion process of product in computer. So that we can research and solve the product assemblability in visual way, and it is the most important task in the assembly simulation process. At present, although the popular CAD software can offer the function of simulation, it is not useful for the assembly process and not able to solve the product assemblability. So it is very important in theory and practice that the assembly simulation system is researched.
    On the basis of Unigraphics environment, from the assemblability of product design ,the author analyzes the function requirements of assembly simulation system for virtual manufacturing, and puts forward the full system construction;and detailedly researches the critical technology- Assembly Sequence Creation? Assembly Process Simulation and Interference Check; and develops a kind of attached assembly simulation system and validates the researched technology theory and implement method on vice.
