档案信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
信息全球化是全球化的一部分,随着全球化进程的加快,信息全球化也越来越多地进入到我们生活,改变和影响着我们的工作和生活方式。档案是信息的重要载体,对每个单位来讲都是极其重要的信息资源。信息的全球化对如今的档案工作提出了新要求,即如何实现从档案采集到录入、录入到统计、统计到管理、管理到查阅等档案管理过程的信息化。
     本文阐述了一个基于J2EE的企业档案信息管理系统,该系统可以满足一个业务及办公需求,为单位在其领域占领先机,及时准确的掌握单位的各项信息,并且做出及时准确的判断。在日常工作中,如何使单位的信息流准确、快速、有序的流动是档案信息管理的主要内容。
     本文在阐述了档案管理的作用和意义的基础上,对档案的分类、特点以及档案管理存在的问题进行了分析。以现有的成熟的软件开发方法和规范为基础,在充分了解J2EE规范,三层B/S结构等技术的基础上,研究开发了一SQL数据库为后台的,基于J2EE平台的三层B/S结构的档案信息管理系统。本文着重讨论了档案信息管理系统的需求与总体设计,介绍了Jill Frame框架以及如何利用JillFrame实现档案信息管理系统,简要说明了系统中所用到的技术,按照Jill Frame的MVC框架详细设计了档案信息管理系统,详细分析了档案管理的业务流程和组织机构,合理划分了不同的设计模块,对系统的数据库、界面,控制部分以及业务逻辑部分做了探讨和设计以及初步的实现。本文应用字符识别技术来进行档案的自动分类保存。所采用的方向线素特征已被证明是一种行之有效的汉字识别特征,它从文字的轮廓图中提取特征向量,减少了由文字中的污点所引起的干扰,提高了特征的稳定性。
Information globalization is a part of globalization, with the accelerating process of globalization, information globalization has more and more come into our life, changing and influencing the way we work and live. Archives are an important carrier of information, is a very important information resources for each unit. The globalization of information on today's archival work puts forward new requirements, which is how to realize from the archives collection to entry, entry to the statistics, statistical management, management to access file management system, the establishment of an efficient, comprehensive archives information management system, so that the file management by the archive management to file information management, improve the utilization of archives management and archives information, archives information management.
     In this paper, we introduce an archives information management system based on J2EE, It aims to meet the need of enterprise's demand for office, in order to compete in global market, the enterprise hope eagerly the in formalization of his enterprise. After China has stepped into WTO, demotic enterprises are facing more fierce competition, timely and accurate grasp the information of the enterprise and make the timely and correct decision becomes the key factor to success for the enterprise development, while in daily enterprise activities, how to make the information in the enterprise flows accurately, quickly and orderly is the contents of enterprise information management.
     The paper first reviews the enterprise archives management role and significance, analysis of the manufacturing enterprise file classification, characteristics and manufacturing enterprise archives management problems, which make use of exploiting methods and criterions of the mature software, fully understanding J2EE principle, based on the three tiers architecture of browser/server and other technique, researching and develop the system with the background using Oracle9i, based on J2EE and three-tier B/S structure of the archives information management system. This paper focuses on the file management system and the demand for design, Jill Frame introduced a framework and how to use Jill Frame achieve archive management system a brief description of the system which uses the technology to archives management system prototype According to the MVC framework Jill Frame detailed design of file management systems, detailed analysis of the records management business processes and organizations, a rational division of the different design modules, of the system database, interface, and control of some part of doing business logic and design of the study, and realized. DEF has been proved an efficient feature for Chinese character recognition. Extracting feature from the contour rather than the skeleton of a character can reduce the interfere caused by the blur in the character image.
