重庆公运集团发展现代物流对策研究

摘要
当前，世界经济一体化、信息化、网络化的浪潮席卷全球，现代物流得以迅速发展。现代物流作为“第三利润源泉”而纷纷被现代企业作为摆脱困境、培养核心竞争力的主要途径。随着中国经济持速、高速发展和WTO的加入，现代物流已被我国列入重点发展产业，然而物流在中国毕竟还处于发展的初级阶段，传统运输企业如何向现代物流转化便成为当今国内重要的研究课题之一。
本文首先介绍了现代物流的概念、特征及发展特点和趋势以及在国民经济发展中的地位和作用；阐述了物流与运输之间的联系；分析了我国目前物流业的现状及存在的问题。然后，以传统运输企业重庆公运集团为背景。结合重庆市物流需求特点与动因分析，论述了重庆公运集团发展现代物流的必要性；同时，着重根据物流学的理论及现代物流的特点，详细分析公司发展现代物流的内、外部条件，其中包括发展现代物流应具备的条件、已具备的条件和需创造的条件，将SWOT分析法贯穿其中，并结合了波特的一般价值链分析，提出了公司由运输主业向现代物流转化的关键是资源整合。本文的主要工作是从整合、优化的角度论述资源整合的必要性，并通过内、外部案例的介绍和比较分析，提出了资源整合的对象和措施。同时，采用系统论的方法，论述了资源整合所必需的组织和信息系统的支持，并提出了经营组织建议和物流信息系统的设计。最后，结合公司发展现代物流的困难，对企业本身以及相关管理部门提出了建议与措施。
本文以现代物流特点和发展现代物流所需要的条件为主线，以传统运输企业为背景，抓住发展现代物流的重点即资源整合问题进行重点研究，同时又采用系统论的观点对其他问题进行系统分析，使研究的对策结果重点突出而具有全面性。同时采用了以点带面的方法，研究现代物流发展对策，目的是让研究结果具有可推广性。
本文研究的结果不仅为重庆公运集团发展现代物流提供了调整和实施经营战略的理论研究依据，而且对重庆地区乃至国内运输企业发展现代物流同样具有现实意义和指导作用。
Currently, with the tide of the unity of global economy and the wide use of information and network sweeping over the world, Logistics management is developed continuously in depth. Be way of "the third profit mine", modern times enterprises are making Logistics management main approach of breaking away from a pretty pass and bringing up core competing strength. With continuous and rapid developing and joining of WTO, Logistics management is become stress promoting properly. However, Logistic developing is locating in primary phases after all in China, how to transform tradition transport enterprises to Logistics management units is becoming important study subject in China now.
Firstly, concept character and developing points and direction and status and effect in country economy of Logistics management is introduced, set forth the relation between Logistics and transport; Actuality and problems of developing Logistics in China now is analyzed in this study
Secondly, this study takes tradition transport enterprise Chongqing Gongyun Group background, integrating analyzing demand and cause of Chongqing Logistics marketing, discuss necessary of Chongqing Gongyun Group developing Logistics management, at same time, following the theory and developing character of Logistics emphases and using SWOT and Porter values chain analyzing way thoroughly, analyze in detail inner and exterior condition including proper condition\ times condition and being created necessary condition in the future, put forward the key way of transforming tradition transport enterprises to Logistics management units is resource conformity. Outstanding point of this study is the necessary of resource conformity is put forward with conformity and optimize theory, while introducing and analyzing inner and exterior cases, put forward its object and measure. At the same time, discuss necessary assistant from organization and information system by systematic project and put forward propose of optimizing organization structure and design of Logistics management information system.
Finally, basing on difficulty of developing Logistics management, bring forward advise and measure to the enterprise and interrelated management department.
During studying, take the character and necessary condition of Logistics management a masterstroke and base on a traditional transport enterprise , mainly study
resource conformity and analyze other problems in a systematical way. The result can extrude e important problem ,while caring all. From a point to all, the study result for countermeasure of developing Logistics management can be extended
The outcome of the study is not only basis for Chongqing Gongyun Group regulating managing strategic and developing Logistics management, but also it is significant for guiding developing Logistics management of transport enterprise in Chongqing and China also.
