基于服装合体性的女性人体体型研究

摘要
本文旨在研究人体体型变化规律,建立人体体型变量间的相互关系模型,为人体体型研究中减少人体测量的工作量、实现人体二维尺寸输入的三维计算机模拟提供理论基础。探索研究人体体型非接触式测量方法,提出新的人体体型测量思路。
     以接触式华歌尔仪获得精确的人体体型基础数据,应用回归分析方法与灰色模型法建立了人体体型数学模型。
     人体体型数学模型对人体体型62个变量中的41个变量估计效果好,估计值与原始值的相关系数在0.75以上。在人体体型研究中,这41个变量的值可以用基本部位身高、胸围或腰围进行估计,减少测量工作量。在服装三维造型研究中,与服装关键尺寸相对应的人体尺寸除肩宽与上裆外,可以由人体数学模型估计得到。
     通过人体体型数学模型,由基本部位尺寸控制相关部位尺寸的变化。经过二维尺寸与三维坐标的转换,实现二维尺寸输入的三维人体体型计算机模拟。
     探索研制新型人体非接触式测量装置,将傅立叶变换轮廓术法引入到人体测量中。运用非移频的二维傅立叶变换轮廓测量方法和交叉光轴光栅投影系统,结合数字加权滤波和可靠度排序的相位解调算法,检测人体表面三维轮廓数据;研究了人体表面体型的恢复(解相及位相的展开),并从理论上探讨了人体三维空间坐标的确定及人体三维体型的连接等,在非接触式人体体型测量研究中,迈出了重要的一步。傅立叶轮廓术法简便、快速、装置要求低,适合于人体体型测量。
     课题以接触法测量大量样本,研究了女性人体体型的年龄变化、地区变化的规律及女性文胸三维结构变化,并将研究结果产业化,生产符合中国女性人体体型,适合女装内衣业的标准人台。
This paper studies the variations of human body shape and establishes the model of relationship between body measurements, which facilitates sizing survey for body measurements and provides theoretical foundation for the 3-D body simulation by inputting 2-D sizes in computer. Furthermore, non-contact measurement, a new method of human body measuring, is studied in this paper.
    Based on the database of human body shapes measured with Wacol contact measuring equipment, the mathematical model of human body is developed by the use of regression analysis.
    The mathematical model of human body can well predict the 41 variables in the 62 measurements, with the coefficient between prediction value and original one reaching more than 0.75. In the study of human body shape, the 41variables can be used to predicate such basic dimensions as height, breast and waist, which greatly facilitate the process of body measurement survey. In the construction of 3-D garments, the key dimensions of garment panels can be predicated from this mathematical model except for the measurements of shoulder width and upper crotch.
    The control dimensions can be derived from key dimensions. With the translation from 2-D sizes to 3-D coordination, the 3-D simulation of human body is realized by inputting 2-D sizes.
    To explore the new equipment for non-contact measurement, Fourier transform profilometry is introduced into body measurement. With the non-phase-shifting of 2-D Fourier transform profilometry measurement and grid projection system, combined with digital weight filtration and the algorithm of phase unwrapping based on ranking of reliability, the data of three dimensional body proliferation is measured. The recovery of body surface was studied with the methods of phase unwrapping and development. The setting of 3-D coordination and link of body surface were theoretically discussed, which was a historic step towards the non-contact body
    
    
    measurement system. Suitable for body measurement, the method of Fourier transform profilometry is convenient, fast and with low requirement for testing equipment.
    With the large sizing survey by contact measurement system, this paper studies principles of women's body shape in terms of geographic region, age group and 3-D bra construction. The results have been applied to the clothing industry, especially for the manufacture of standard dress form conforming to Chinese women's body shape in the underwear sectors.
