疾控中心健康体检管理系统及其数据分析

摘要
论文针对目前疾病预防控制中心体检信息化建设的现状,例如存在半手工工作方式、工作效率低下、信息化落后、数据分析及汇总难以进行等因素,使用Delphi软件开发工具和SQL Server2000数据库平台开发了一个疾控中心健康体检管理系统,并对数据进行了分析。论文采用了C/S体系架构、数据挖掘等相关技术,主要研究内容包括健康体检管理系统的设计,实现了体检登记、体检照相管理、查体、透视、采血和采便管理及收费管理等模块的功能。并对健康体检系统产生的数据进行了分析,利用决策树中的CART算法对体检数据进行了预测分析,为疾病的预防提供数据。而且提供了各种灵活的输入方案、体检项目自定义功能、强大的查询功能及统计功能,能帮助决策者及时了解日常工作状况并快速查询和统计出相关的数据。
     本系统运行方便快捷,提高工作效率、极大地推动了疾控中心的信息化建设;实现了团体录入和团体缴费功能,并通过工种对应套餐的管理,极大的方便了录入的速度和体检检查的效率;通过采样和录入结果的分隔操作,做到了人和样品分离,体检管理软件和检验仪器的对接,保证数据正确性,不会出现漏检和作弊等现象的发生。健康体检管理软件的开发简化了疾控中心的工作流程,提高工作效率,在数据分析方面得到更加详实的数据。
     通过健康体检管理系统的设计,实现了疾控中心体检所办理健康证功能,并实现了体检数据的共享,加快了各个环节的自动化管理和操作,大大提高了疾控中心体检所的工作效率,能够有效地防止作弊和减少数据差错事故的发生,为体检者提供可靠准确的信息,为疾控中心提供详尽的数据分析材料。
The thesis aims at currently the present condition of the disease prevention control centre check-up information-based construction, for example existence half handicraft work way, lowly work efficiency and information-based fall behind, data analysis and gather hard carry on an etc. factor, used the Server2000 database platform of Delphi software development tool and SQL to develop a disease to control healthy check-up in the center management system, and logarithms according to carried on analysis.The thesis adopted C|S system related techniques, such as structure and data excavation...etc., mainly study the design that the contents includes the healthy check-up management system, carried out a check-up register, check-up to take a picture management, check-up, see through, adopt blood and adopt then the management and charge manages an etc. mold piece of function.And the data producing to the healthy check-up system carried on analysis and made use of the CART calculate way in the decision tree carried on an estimate to the check-up data analysis, provide a data for paroxysm prevention.And provided various vivid importation project, check-up item from the definition function, strong search function and statistics function, can help a decision maker to understand daily pursuit condition to combine a rapid search and statistics a related data in time.

     Pass the design of healthy check-up management system, carried out a disease to control the healthy certificate function that check-up in the center carries out, and carried out the share of check-up data, sped the automation management and operation of each link, consumedly raised a disease to control check-up in the center of work efficiency, can availably prevent°from cheating and reduce the occurrence of data amiss trouble, provide a dependable and accurate information for check-up, control center to provide the detailed data the analysis material for disease.
