无绷绳修井机设计与仿真研究

摘要
修井机作为修井采油的重要设备,在增加国家石油产量,提高经济效益发挥着重要作用。随着石油行业对修井作业高效率和低成本要求的提高,本文开发的无绷绳修井机具有重要的工程应用价值,本文在结合辽河石油公司的“自行式无绷绳修井机的设计与研究”实际项目,深入研究了无绷绳修井机的设计方法及静、动载下安全性和整车稳定性。
     本文在收集分析国内外自行式修井机相关的设计、计算和使用资料的基础上,讨论了井架设计规范,提出了无绷绳修井机设计方案,建立了无绷绳修井机井架系统有限元模型,运用有限元方法对井架各种典型工况下进行了静、动态仿真分析,得出了静、动态的应力、位移变化规律,验证了此种无绷绳修井机设计方案的可行性。本文采用BlockLanzcos法进行了井架模态分析,得出了井架的固有频率和振型,结论证明了不会与外界发生共振。此外,又进行了井架的特征值屈曲分析,阐述了影响井架承载能力的因素,并分别对各种因素进行了计算分析及比较,确定了井架结构形式。根据整机稳定性要求,文章分析了工作状态时的整车稳定性,通过改进支撑方案,使整车稳定系数达到了设计要求。
     通过利用ANSYS对90T无绷绳修井机进行静、动态对比分析,结论表明此设计方法是可行的,对无绷绳修井机的设计有着理论指导意义。
The workover rig, an important equipment of repairing well and exploiting oil, plays a vital role in increasing national oil output and enhancing economic benefits. With the improvement of oil industries, it needs the Workover Rig work more efficient and lower cost, the workover rig without guy line studied in this paper has an important engineering practical value. In the background of 'No Guy Line Self-workover Rig Design and Research' which is a project with Liaohe Oil Company, the designing methods of the no guy line workover rig is deeply studied, and the safety under the condition of static and dynamic loads and the stability of the product is analysed.
     On the base of collecting of the information of designing, analyzing, and using materials about self-workover rig in the world, the designing standard of rig is discussed. The plan of workover rig without guy line is presented and the finite element model of this machine is builded. Using the method of FEA, after the static and dynamic analysis of derrick under various typical loads conditions, the static and dynamic stress and displacement evolutional law are obtained, and the design feasibility of the workover rig without guy line is verified. The derrick modal analysis in this paper is based on the method of Block Lanzecos. The inherence frequencies and modes of vibration of derrick are obtained. The results indicate that the derrick will not resonate in condition of the external loads. Furthermore, the derrick's eigenvalue buckling is analysed and the factors of affecting the bearing ability of derrick is statement. Through the contrasting the effect of these factors, the structural form of derrick is determined. According to the stability demand of this machine, the stability of this product under the working condition is analyzed. By improving the supporting system, the stability coefficient of this product is eligible.
     By the static and dynamic analysis and contrasting of 90T workover rigs without guy line, the designing method is proved feasible. It has theoretical guidance significance to the workover rigs without guy line design.
