个性化服务及其在物流平台中的应用

摘要
目前,我国汽车消费约占全球汽车消费总量的7.5%,已经成为世界第二大汽车消费国和第四大汽车生产国。2006年,我国汽车工业总产值和销售收入均超过1万亿元,物流成本的降低能显著提高汽车产业纯利润。因此可以预测:不久的将来,随着我国经济的全面发展,我国的滚装运输及其滚装船市场必将会出现一个新的发展局面。现阶段我国汽车滚装码头处于刚起步阶段,从整体上来看,汽车滚装码头信息化程度非常低。港口要发展,必须提高港口处理的核心竞争力,必须针对自身现状特点,提升自身技术内涵,提高港口的自动化、信息化和智能化水平。因此如何改进滚装码头信息管理质量,实现可视化管理,了解滚装码头的作业规律,具有十分重要的工程和实际价值。本论文以实现港口码头信息智能化管理为目的,将物流信息系统引入到码头作业中来,旨在实现码头信息的可跟踪溯源、自动化、信息化管理,在历史数据的支持下,对码头作业数据进行OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing)分析及以多维的方式来组织和显示数据,使最终用户能从多个角度、多维度的观察数据库中的数据,从而深入地了解包含在数据中的信息、内涵,并对历史数据进行挖掘,找到船在滚装码头的操作时间规律和在港时间规律,方便滚装码头针对不同类型的船采取不同的措施来减少船的操作时间和在港时间。最后,个性化的页面方便用户根据自己的喜好订制自己感兴趣的内容,实现个性化管理。
     论文的主要内容和创新点如下:
     (1)构建了汽车滚装码头信息系统管理平台。
     (2)对汽车滚装码头作业数据进行OLAP及可视化分析。
     (3)对滚装码头作业数据进行数据挖掘,找到船在滚装码头的操作时间规律和在港时间规律,为不同类型的船提供个性化服务。
     (4)实现了个性化的前台界面,方便用户订制自己感兴趣的页面。
At present, the global auto consumption in China accounts for about 7.5% of that of the globle, which has become the world's second largest auto consumer and the fourth largest car producer.China's automobile industry output value and sales Revenue have exceeded more than one trillion yuan in 2006, which means there are profit increase for the decrease in logistics cost As a result, it can be predicted that in the foreseeable future,there will be a new development of RoRo transportation and RoRo vessel as an all-round economic development and the rectifying of shipping market in China. As a result the way of improving the operation efficiency, realizing the Visualization Management and finding out the operation rule of RoRo terminal are of great practical and engineering value. The operations management of port RoRo terminal is a complemented task. Taking the improvement of operation management efficiency of port terminal, the thesis introduce the logistical information system to the terminal operation and aims to realize the tailing and tracing and automatization and management of information.Analyzing of terminal operation data by OLAP , organizing and displaying the data in multidimensional way , which are supported by history data ,the logistical information system enables the end user to observe the data in database in different perspective and different side, and to understand the information and knowledge in the data deeply. The system can also mine the history data, then find the rule of vessel' operation time in terminal and this is useful for the terminal to take different measure to reduce the time of operation and stopping according to the types of the vessel. Finally, personalized interface enable the users to customize the information based on their own interests to realize the personalized management.
     (1) Constructed an operation information systems platform of automobile RoRo terminal.
     (2) Visualizing analysis of operation data by OLAP of RoRo terminal.
     (3) Mining the data of analyzed operation data in RoRo terminal, then finding the rule of vessel's operation time in the terminal to provide personalized service for different kind of vessel.
     (4) Realize the personalized platform for users to customize information according to own interests.
