东胜集团公司物资管理系统及库存控制研究

摘要
库存管理和库存控制是物流管理的重要环节。作者根据胜利油田东胜公司的需求和实际条件,提出了物资管理解决方案。并提出了适应油田企业的库存优化方法和库存管理方法。主要做了以下的工作:
     1.根据东胜公司现有信息系统应用条件提出了分布式数据管理解决方案:分公司的数据库使用sybase数据库,采集物资信息数据后保存在本公司,总公司使用oracle数据库。分公司数据定期上传到总公司。这样解决了东胜公司分公司分布分散、网络条件不好的问题。
     2.鉴于东胜公司以前的物资管理系统没有编码系统造成的采集、查询、统计的不便,在系统中编制了编码系统,使之成为信息系统中的标准共享信息,保证了信息的可靠性,防止了信息的重复录入、统计混乱的问题。
     3.除了物资信息的处理、查询、统计等功能以外,系统又增加了决策分析功能。在决策分析模块中有库存优化、成本分析、材料预警和质量对比、价格对比等部分。使系统增加了智能性,为物资材料管理决策提供依据。
     4.作者根据石油企业库存的实际情况,分析了为生产提供生产物资的特点,建立了一个以节省资金为直接性能指标的库存优化模型,这个模型能够根据购买能力、市场价格、资金周转率等方面的信息预测最佳库存量和购买量,根据石油行业库存的特点,提出了分布式库存整体限量法、即时采购、联合库存管理等库存控制管理方法。这些方法在系统中都得到实现,加强了系统库存的优化性能。
     本物资管理系统已经投入使用,用户反映良好。将库存优化模型和库存控制方法应用于该公司的库存工作中,与原库存状况进行比较,结果表明:采用该方法,可以提高企业经济效益。
Inventory control and inventory management are important in logistics management. Based on demands and actual conditions of Dongsheng Company of Shengli Oil Field, the reasonable solutions to the material management were brought forward. And the optimal methods of inventory and inventory management were proposed. The main things that have been done are as follows:
    1. According to the condition of the information system of Dongsheng Company, the distribute database was adopted. Sub companies used Sybase database to gather data, then save data into local database while the parent company used oracle database. Sub companies transmit data into parent company database every period. Thus, such methods solve the problems that sub companies disperse and the network conditions are bad.
    2. Because of no coding system, the former material management system has many problems such as inconveniently gathering data, inconveniently searching, and so on, the coding system was designed in the information system to share information, to keep the data security, to avoid the information recopying and so on.
    3. Besides goods and materials information processing, inquiring and so on, the system adds analysis and decision function. In the decision and analysis model, there are such as inventory optimizing, cost analyzing, material warning, quality comparing and price comparing and so on, to increase the intelligence of the system, and to offer the data of decision support of materials management.
    4. Based on the actual inventory conditions of petroleum enterprises and an analysis of the attitudes of material supply, optimal model of inventory was brought forward to economize capital. In this model, the optimal inventory and purchase are predicated with purchase capability, market price and so on. According to the inventory characteristics in the petroleum area, some inventory control methods were put forward, such as the distributed stocking and wholly limited quantity, purchasing just-in-time, and united stocks management and so forth. These methods are all realized in the systems, to strengthen the inventory optimization.
    This stocks management system has already put in practice. And users reflected well. Compared with previous inventory circumstance, it improves the enterprise's
    
    
    
    economic benefits to apply the optimal methods to inventory and the control on
    inventory into the inventory management.
